I am waiting for my order for 10 months

I am waiting for my order for 10 monts. I see that i am not alone on this situation.
On june bear wrote to me :
"Just a few more days.
We are finishing it up now.
Bear"

Today he wrote to me in some weeks.....

Will i receive my items one day or maybe in 3 months bear will respond to me in some years and 3 months later in 3 century ?

May i contract a friend of mine who lives near to you and who is a lawer to make some things for having my items or my money back ?

I do not understand bear. your products are good i still received some but honestly making 10 monts o(or more) for sending items (if i receive them one day) is not correct.

still nothing received except a message 3 months ago telling me i will receive then 2 weeks later but 3 monts later....still nothing

Dude, welcome to the club, I've been waiting for mine since Thanksgiving 2010...  And I honestly doubt I will ever receive it.  i asked for a refund a couple of months ago and haven't heard back either.  I was basically ripped off for over $100.  Good luck
