    Wondering if you will ever get around to issuing a refund for #3447.  You said it had been sent 10 days ago...still waiting (not to mention I had the e-mail request for refund and site ticket open for refund for over 3 weeks before I even got an e-mail response, seems I needed to take the refund approach 7 months ago to light a fire under your ass).  It seems you give priority to anyone wanting their money back or at least you claim to...still waiting but that is not a big surprise at this point.  I expect my refund or I will pursue the matter with Paypal by any means necessary.  With a website and service like this, who needs scams.  You do fine screwing people all by yourself.

    I would like an update on my refund i sent in a support ticket "Wed, Dec 28 2011 2:04pm" and got a reply on "Wed, Dec 28 2011 3:25pm" from Judd Killam. and still haven't gotten the refund yet.
