I guess this is the forum to place this.
A made an order out 1 week ago. 2 hours after processing (and paying) I sent an email, to date there has been no response. I took a ticket out at the same time - no response to the ticket either after 7 days.
To the Ticket viewer or Support Administrator, please respond to my either my email or Ticket number ASAP. My ticket number is #754277.
Thanks in advance.

It has now been almost two weeks. Still no response to my email and no response to my ticket.
Put simply, this is a disgrace. You already have my $100+ so the least you can do is show some professional and common courtesy by responding officially to my email and/or ticket number.
If I don't get an official response with a delivery commitment in 24 hours, and then a tracking number to confirm the shipment is in transit within 48 hours, I am escalating my current open Paypal case to force a refund. I will then make a formal complaint to Paypal sighting the numerous examples on this forum.
This is not just a threat to expedite action on my order - But rather I will enthusiastically exercise my rights and responsibility as a consumer in order to also warn others.
While it may be acceptable and common for you to do business in this way, I refuse to fall into the same category as these other people who have waited 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and two years to be supplied their order. Furthermore, I refuse to have my emails and ticket numbers ignored.
I suggest that if my ticket has "left your assignment que" that you choose to pursue this ticket and actively follow it through to completion within the next 24 hours.

I am checking into tickets right now.
It takes awhile to make the toys before they are shipped.

Based on your Paypal response dated 23rd of September 2011, my toy was ready to ship - and would be. Did you lie to me in the formal Paypal dispute capture below?
I have read about the games you play and the promises you make and I won't tolerate even the very start of these time wasteful exercises - Treat me with some professional respect and stop now with the usual responses because I have read them all, and then read the results even months after your promises.

There is an open Paypal dispute because you would not respond to my email or ticket, this is basically an official line of communication regarding my order, it is NOT yet a claim. I am NOT responsible for putting any funds on hold and I can't initiate such action - ONLY Paypal can. If indeed the funds have been put on hold this is a decision by Paypal under section 17 of their User Agreement Terms. https://cms.paypal.com/au/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=ua/UserAgreement_full#1.%20Important%20things%20you%20should%20know17. Holds on funds
Risk based holds
17.1. You agree that we may place a hold on transactions in your Account in order to help ensure the integrity of a transaction, or if we believe that there is a risk associated with you, your Account, or any transactions in your Account. We will consider a number of factors before placing the hold, including information we receive from related third parties such as eBay and whether the funds are related to an irregular or unusual transaction. The funds will be held so we can review the possible risk(s) and to mitigate any actual or reasonably anticipated risk of us or our customers being adversely affected. We will notify you if we place a hold on any funds in your Account.
It appears Paypal have identified you as a risk, likely based on transactional history they have on file. The current dispute will remain open as this is communication Paypal will require when/if I make a claim. Not until my order is shipped and I receive a tracking confirmation number will the dispute be closed at my end. If your funds have been put on hold this is between Paypal and you. As I am not willing to close a dispute until my order is shipped or refunded (based on the overwhelming number of complaints on this forum about delivery promises being broken), then you need to either meet me half way and expedite shipping of my order or take it up with Paypal. The choice is yours. The current dispute will be escalated into a claim if my order is not shipped and tracking details emailed to me within 48 hours. As you claim my order is ready this gives you two full days which should be ample time. My funds were sent two weeks ago and as a result my transactional responsibility have already been honored. The rest is up to you.

Email was not answered - Ticket was not answered. It is now 2 weeks and still no official answer to either of these. I was out of options so looked for another form of communication. Stop making excuses for service that can only be described as dismal and disgraceful. And yes, you are correct - it is none of your business. If I had read these forums prior then of course I would not have shopped here. However, I don't know anybody who does a days research reading forums prior to making a $100 purchase. Your points are weak, invalid, and unwanted.

All you have to do is go in and drop the claim, it will close it and I will send the toy.
There are no hard feelings here, I know you were just upset by the lack of communication.

I am not dropping the dispute. The goods have not been shipped and I do not have a tracking confirmation and tracking number. If I drop the dispute Paypal will consider the goods received and close the case for good.
If you ship the goods and can provide tracking information for the order then Paypal will release the funds that THEY have put on hold - so you have nothing to loose. On the other hand if you continue to play these games then I will lodge a claim within two days and the funds will be returned to my account because you have failed to meet your obligations as a seller (by refusing to ship my order). The situation is very simple and clear-cut and you are in no position to make demands because you have not honoured your agreement as a Paypal seller under their standard terms and conditions.
You have had two weeks to communicate with me but declined this invitation. Put simply, you have given me not one single reason to trust you or to believe that you even have my order ready. You only bothered to respond once you realised Paypal would be called in to settle the matter.
As a result the dispute will be kept open until I get both a shipping confirmation and tracking number, or I make the official Paypal claim and get my money back. This claim will be submitted in less than two days should a shipping confirmation and tracking number not be forthcoming.
Again, you are in no position to hold me to ransom or make demands. I have paid, you have not shipped. Furthermore, in your official Paypal correspondence you have advised you will ship only when I drop the dispute. This is not the way the world does business and Paypal will view this form of blackmail/bullying quite harshly. Put simply, you have already lost.

Thank you Bear for the refund. If you had addressed my ticket and/or email in a timely manner (and I gave you 1 week to do so), it would not have come to this. You say we both loose, well no - this is not the case. You lost a sale and I got my refund because you wouldn't ship even though I had paid. In reality all you demonstrated was you wouldn't ship to a customer an item you claimed you had ready even after they had pre-paid in full. And once again, your funds were on hold by Paypal NOT be me. The funds had left my account. They were gone. I didn't have access to them either. If you had shipped the open case would have closed and your funds would be returned to you. Even if you thought I was trying to rip you off by not closing the case, all you would have to do is reply in the Paypal communication the funds had shipped and again, the funds would have been returned to you. I really don't understand why you didn't ship unless of course my toy was not available. Which seems the likely case because of the long manufacturing delays I keep reading about. In fact, I can find no thread where somebody had their toy ready in one week which you claim was the case with my order.

Before ordering around here you should be fully aware that this is a very, very small company. Not only does it take time for the products to be made, but it takes time to go through all the emails, tickets, and forum replies. I was aware of all this before placing my order, and I understand how much effort goes into trying to keep up with all the customers and orders. Even refunds are going to take some time.
As for attacking furries on a furry-oriented site? Bravo. I find nothing wrong with wanting different shaped dildos. Having a single shape gets boring after a while. Taking those shapes from nature is perfectly natural. After all, there are only so many shapes and textures that can be made into a useable dildo, even if you're creating an "original" design. You have to take into consideration the following: Length, girth, ridges, bumps, heads, bulges, swirls. A dick is a dick and sooner or later it's going to look like another animal's penis. If it doesn't, it's probably not going to be insertable or even pleasurable.
Bear, you have to deal with a lot of shit from people around here and you do it with a smile. I commend you.

I apologise. I was pissed off at the posters who had to throw in their 1 cent worth without a simple piece of information regarding the facts. I am sorry for the attack. This was not cool and I had no right to insult anybody on this forum. I was just lashing out and the topic seemed an easy target.
