    It has been a month since I ordered and I just saw in a FAQ that if the status of an order is listed as "queued" when paying via PayPal to contact support ... I just sent in the ticket today,  does this mean that my order was no received and so will be delayed?  Any response from an Admin or someone who has dealt with this would be great. Thanks.

    Paypal hasn't been very reliable on sending back confirmation of payment which would automatically set your order to processed.  Nothing to worry about, just has to be done manually.  Though if you could PM me your paypal transaction ID for the payment, that would be much appreciated.

    Cancel that.  I cannot locate your order using your email found on your forum profile.  Please also PM me your orderID and first+last name.

    I just went through and updated those paypal orders for the past month that just showed as quede
    so that should hopefully taken care of this problem Smiley

    I have the same problem except I ordered in may. I just submitted a support ticket on it with my order number and paypal confirmation number. Just for the sake of redundancy, order number is 3724. Could someone at least make sure I'm in the production queue? I sure would be grateful.

    I kmow I'm a little worried that PayPals mistake is gonna delay my order by a month... was really hoping to get my timberwolf before I move Sad
