Hey guys. I really hate to be a bother with how busy everyone is, but a couple days ago my order was listed in the "Ready to be shipped" thread. Just last night, though, it was only moved up to "Molding Que" in the orders management section.

I wouldn't be asking this, except for the fact that I opened a ticket last week asking for a change in firmness in the toy. I didn't expect it to be made so soon (although I'm extremely delighted that you bears got around to it so quickly!) and now it seems to have gone on to either the molding queue or the ready-to-be-shipped queue, and I don't know whether or not my ticket was taken into account. The email I got when it moved up to the molding queue still lists it as a medium.

Any insight into this would be appreciated.

    Hello

Its already done and ready to go, I was doing a status update on alot of orders, so it was put in the molding que, instead of the ready to ship section.

Kay, well, I assumed that you'd already gotten to my ticket and taken into account the firmness change before making and shipping it, but...

It's been listed in "Orders shipped out" (twice, actually) and I've received a tracking number (two, in fact). I'm assuming only the recent one will be used, as it was last updated on the 11th, but both still display as "Electronic Notification" in the status, which I assume means it's still being processed.

Just today though, my ticket finally got acknowledged and responded to. But... it's already been completed/shipped?

Lips sealed What's going on you guys?
    I'm pretty confused.

Bear has been clumsy in shipping notifications lately. It means that your toy will be on the way soon, even if Bear hit the notification button one time too many. If those tracking numbers don't change to "shipped" within the next few weeks, then I'd worry. Smiley For now, though, it's best to relax and see what happens.

I'm not worried yet, just a little confused. Ah well, best case scenario I end up with two toys shipped instead of one! Wink  (Heheh.)
