Wait time

If you ask me, both people should be working on the older orders and trying to get those done first.

Yeah, it would be nice if the last couple weeks of October (as it's a slower shopping month) were spent on only the older orders. This way the older orders can get their nice new toys before the holiday rush and may be encouraged to buy more toys now that they're not waiting for their old ones to be finished anymore!   I have seen quite a few people with old orders pending saying they are waiting to order more after their old ones arrive, so I know this is truth and not just me guessing. I'm one of these people, by the way. I made a suggestion about this, so feel free to comment, agree, or whatever.

Speaking of waiting, this one is especially frustrating as I'm not the one really waiting. My last order was made as a gift for my mom. I let her pick the toys and she was so excited! Now she's wondering if the toys will ever arrive. Making things even worse, my Gryphon turned out to have a latent defect that showed up this April. I'm stuck listening to mom worrying and I can't get my gryphon fix at the same time. I just hope that Bear remembers to send my gryphon along with mom's presents or I might be without my favorite toy for a very, very long time. On the bright side, at least mom won't be worry nagging anymore.

Red Black totally got it. thats why i havent ordered Kolton, the lion, or poseidon yet- cuz i have 3 orders out and once those come in is when i will get more.

Been waiting 15 months for my toy, I have been patient, perhaps even patients incarnate; but as Hyenaglitter said, the fact that new orders are getting priority over old ones is the last nail in the repeat business coffin. I have had 8 toys from here, given them as gifts, think the actual quality is very good. I was fine when we were all in a "queue"; I was accepting that Bear was working diligently for each of us in turn; but the fact that new customers are getting super fast turn around and old ones are left..."It really grinds my gears"

Still happy thoughts, perhaps i will get my toy for Christmas.. I have been a very good boy.

That's interesting, I ordered Poseidon, Tentacle and Namon; haven't heard anything yet and that was back in January to April timeframe. . I do know that the money orders I sent were used. Still, I am very patient because BB has NEVER let me down.
