I'm not posting this to be a jerk.  I'm posting this because I'm your customer and feel that when a level of expectation is set, it should be followed through.

On September 13, a list of 65 order #s was posted in the Orders Being Made topic, page 41.  http://www.zoofur.com/forum/index.php/topic,1178.600.html

It was said that those 65 order #s "WILL be out by the end of the month" (emphasis not mine).  I know of no other way to interpret this phrase other than "these 65 orders will be fulfilled by the end of September."

A review of all support threads (Ready to Ship / Shipped Out) suggests that only 8 of these 65 have received any attention.  A vast majority of the Ready to Ship order #s between September 13 and today were not even included in that list of 65.

A realistic update on the remaining 57 orders would likely be appreciated, at least by one customer (me).

Make that two customers. Normally I wouldn't get antsy over this, but having a declared "done" date given to me and then not being met is something I can't approve of.

This, sadly, happens sometimes. Bear is restricted somewhat by what molds are open and what materials he has in.

I was in the list to be made in July  even if typoed a little. Mine hasn't been made yet, either. On the bright side, a lot of toys are being made lately so maybe our luck will change?
