Much to my excitement I got my package from Bear today after a 6 month wait, but the bad news is it's not the model I ordered/thought I was going to be getting!
The toy I purchased back in April (and asked if there were any premades in the "toys ready to ship" thread) was a
Darius (the "natural lion") -- I open my package and the toy I got was a
Leo (the "euro lion"). Normally I wouldn't complain and go ahead and order a Darius again because I likely would have gotten a Leo later on down the road anyway (it's a gorgeous model!), but at a $25 price difference between the two I would like the correct model I originally ordered, paid, and waited a long time for (not as long as some others here, but it's still been half a year!). Given that it's the only feline toy on the market with barbs, I was really looking forward to it... and after such a long wait I'm just disappointed.
I'm not sure what I should be doing here.
I'm going to be moving in a couple of months and don't want another long wait, but I would have really liked my Darius before then.
Any advice?
