    Hello all. I'm trying to make something for a good friend, and I'm trying to find materials I can use that when felt, feels like the inside/actual human skin/tissue. I just have no idea where to get such things or what would work. Since it involves a fetish I figured why not ask here!

    I'd really like to have this project done before the holiday season. If anyone can help me out in the slightest I'd thank you plenty of times over. Smiley

    There are two materials that come to mind. UR3 and Cyberskin are the closest to the real thing. Wink

    The cyberskin sounds like a dream come true! I don't know if it'd work for what I want to do though...I'm trying to make a vore suit, so I'd need enough to make a stomach pouch to fit him in that I could wear. I can't even find where to buy it in bulk for that, and I bet that much would cost a fortune. Know of any cheaper easier materials? ^^;;

    Oh lord, don't use either material! Both are extremely porous. Any bacteria (like those found in body fluids or inside the anus) will be trapped inside and will never come out. Those bacteria will breed, making the toys very unhealthy to use. Even a brand new UR3 or Cyberskin toy is dangerous because both materials are known to contain pthalates and to leech toxic chemicals. Making a bad thing even worse, both materials can tear making it bad for body suits.

    What you want is Rubber most likely. Clothing grade sheet rubber isn't cheap, but it can stretch nicely if you choose the correct kind and can be slicked down with lube for that "inside feel". You can also try to get skin or leather textured rubber or add a texture yourself. Here's a useful page on the kinds and thicknesses of sheet latex.

    Stretchy Spandex fabric is even safer as it should breathe naturally but it won't feel like skin. You could try texturing it with craft-grade liquid latex, but there's no guarantee it will stick to the fabric so test patches are needed.

    Either way, air holes are still important and you'll probably want to base the design on a Zentai Catsuit. You should refrain from adding fur to the outside as fur doesn't stretch. If you must have fur, make a large "belly pouch" and "Throat tunnel" out of fur with a smaller "belly pouch" and "Throat tunnel" out of Spandex or latex on the inside and it might work. Measurements here are key as the seams on the fur may burst if measured incorrectly.

    I never even thought to use spandex. That Makes my throat idea so much better; I had looked up liquid latex but didn't think it'd work great on fabric but I've been keeping it in mind still. Will definitely try it on there though. And no worries about fur, my friend isn't into that scene so this will just be a simple suit. Air holes are a definite must, and I was also going to put holes for speakers because I plan to okay heartbeats directly into the stomach so he feels more like he's actually inside the body.

    Thanks for all your ideas guys! Smiley

    Generally liquid latex doesn't work on fabric, but sometimes it will. Rubberized rain jackets and other clothing are made out of rubber-coated fabric (or used to be. There's age showing for you!) so I know it's possible. I have also ruined a few outfits while working with craft-grade (not body paint!) liquid latex as the latex bonded with my clothes and didn't come out, so I have seen it in action. Just making it work when you want it to can be tricky.  Wink

    O.o Wow, I had no idea that Ur3 was so bad... and I was about to order one, too.  Thank you for the info. Red-Black!
