Hello.

I opened a ticket in September on the 15th requesting a shipping address change to my order and have not received any reply or anything to the ticket. I no longer live at the address it was originally designated to ship to and now I need it changed to a new address (provided in the ticket).

Can anyone help me with this, please? Thank you. Smiley

If you manage to get your address changed, PLEASE let me know how you did it! I've been trying now for weeks - emails, forum posts, support tickets and all have been ignored.

Short of canceling all my orders, I'm not sure what other options I have if I don't get a response Sad

@m0xx: I had made a support ticket, and after a few weeks it didn't get responded too or anything so I made this thread. It took a couple or so weeks for a response, but I am sure if you make a topic name similar and include the order # and first two digits of the ticket number in the thread, it'll be taken care of after a while, just keep an eye on it and if more than a couple weeks pass with no reply, maybe bump it or something? Hopefully it's taken care of already though. Best of luck to you on getting your address changed. Smiley
