Okay, this is kind of ridiculous. I can't seem to get a response posting in the proper threads, or filing tickets, so I'm trying this.
One of my orders, 2341, was listed in the
ready to ship list back in May. But it never got shipped out, or at least I never received it. I've never gotten tracking information, and if I hadn't scoured this site for any information I could get, I never would even have known. It's still listed as being in the Molding Queue on the actual order status page.
Did my order get shipped out? Has it been sitting on a shelf for months? Did it get sent to someone else who complained more? I placed the order 15 months ago.
Meanwhile, Brownbear seems to be filling orders in the 4000s, now. I'm also still waiting on order 3295. That order is "only" 9 months old.
Does anyone in your business know about the
FTC's 30 day rule
After you receive an order, you have 30 days to ship the merchandise unless you inform the customer and get their consent for a longer delay.
Not to mention, all these delays make me question ever ordering something from here again. Other brands may not be as good, in my opinion at least, but at least they can fill their orders promptly.
