we just got the shop redone, so I will be able to get older ordres out faster now.

On October 25 I placed an order for a Kit Fox toy. Unfortunately, it has been a year since that order has been placed. I have already made two tickets for the toy, one requesting the status of it, and the next one requesting an address change since I had moved to a new apartment in the time it's taken for my patience to wear away. I have received no reply after sending bear the new and old addresses, and that was about a month ago.
So right now, I'm just wondering where exactly my order is, because I never received a confirmation that it completed its journey through the mold queue and I definitely never received an email saying the toy shipped out. I would be a little more understanding if not for a friend ordering the exact same toy on the exact same day, yet he received his almost half a year ago. Honestly, this is a little ridiculous and I would truly appreciate it if a remedy could be found. Thanks, and I look forward to your response.
