Hi there, been lingering around a purchase for a bit and it's holiday time now, so not much longer I'd say. Would be my first animal purchase, metal and glass have been favorite materials. Any recommendations of certain models based on personal satisfaction? Something in a canine or gryphon looks good. Thanks!

Hello and welcome to Zeta Toys and the forums! The family is GROWING once again!! Cheesy Wink Smiley. Depending on what size circumference you're comfortable with, there are a lot of K-9's to choose from including one to be released here very soon Wink. As for the Gryphon, check out the reviews on him by some of our customers here to get a better idea of what he is all about.

Yes actually I was reading on the gryphon which is why I was interested. Fairly confident with that girth especially divided around the knot bumps, and I'd like to find more pictures of what I've read about the texturing.

Would also like to hear more about the new canine. When?

I actually owned the gryphon. It's very enjoyable with plenty of length to go with the girth and a very body-friendly taper that makes taking him pretty easy.

The new Canine is slated (tentatively) for later this month. It may be included in the January sale... who knows? Smiley
Nothing has been said officially, but it's rumored that there's a werewolf mythical and a mare (female!) on the way as well as a few other surprises. Bear keeps personal updates in this thread, check it frequently for more details.

Personally I'm not a huge fan of canines as I prefer more shaft and less girth. Most canines don't have much shaft, just a bunch of girth at the base. However, of what I have so far I have to say that I do like my Kit Fox. The texture is gentle and holds the lube well and the shaft does have some decent length, even if I usually end up pairing it with another toy to be fully satisfied.

I have an equine on order... I hope it will be more of what I'm looking for!

Thank you everyone! I'm pretty set on that one even by the look alone.

Read something here about firmness, and to get nothing less than most firm because otherwise the item is difficult to push. Then somewhere else it said soft is recommended for larger ones, which the gryphon is, because the girth makes them sturdy enough. Which is true?

The akita is cute and tempting, and probably the softer the better for its knot.

I have it in medium and it's perfect for me. Not too hard and stiff but not too soft and flexible.
I don't have my Akita yet but I ordered him in medium as well.

My gryphon is in medium. Zeta Paws' medium is not as hard as many other toy makers' toys. I find that the medium gave enough give to make it easy while being firm enough to not have to force your way through.

Also lube. Use lots of water based lube! Lube makes taking any toy easier.
