I've been waiting for over 1½ years now, and to be honest I'm starting to be fed up with this.
I've made a couple of support tickets last one was about two months ago where I was promised it would be out the door within 3 weeks approx.... still nothing
In the same support ticket I also requested a adress change haven't heard anything about that either.
I'm getting close to just wanting a refund... because really... 1½ years !
Hope that something will happen soon instead of just empty words.

Same problem here, although I haven't waited nearly as long as you have.
6 months in my case. Is this normal?

right now, yes.  But typically this is not the case.  When I first joined over 2 years ago, the max I EVER waited was about 6 weeks due to the number of toys I was buying at the time.  But most orders I had within 4 weeks of buying.

If it helps, here's some words from Bear.

Its been a tiring few past days fur this bear, I had to close down my antique booth, so had to take a few days to pack everything up and move it home, it just got to where I was loosing alot of money from the rent and having to restock it with the store being so far away, so I just closed and brought it home.
that means I will have the rent money to now use more toward business instead of it going out the door.

Dont get me wrong, it paid for itself for a long time, but thigs got tight in this part of the state and I was loosing money.
    \
Id rather use it to do orders than take a chance with antiques right now, perhaps if things pickup again I will start it over, but not till I have gotten caughtup here, this is what is most important to me.
As long as I can keep power and water going, the rest goes right back into toys and shipping.

Things all in all are starting to slowly turn around here for Zeta.
I know it wont happen overnight, but its starting to improve.

It took me yers to get this backed up, so I expect it awhile to turn back around.

Yea Red-Black I have read that. I do hope that something will happen soon.
starting to get really frustrating especially when you are promised something will happen soon and then nothing !
Figured that this time I'd try and bitch a bit and see if that gets me anywhere... tried to be patient that obviosly didn't work since I'm still waiting.

I appologize for not getting back to you sooner, I had thought I was talking to you via regular e-mails.

Would you be willing to accept a natural akita toy instead of the grand pup toy?
I ask because it hasnt been convereted over yet to silicone, and would take several more months, and I know you have waited far more than enough.

Or I could split the shipment and send the others and then send the grand when its finished.

Please let me know your decision.

it's been ten months for me, and I bought a new toy to get them together. I got the new toy, but the older one is still in 'mold' :/ I may cancel just to re-order.

I already have a natural akita so gotta pass on that Smiley
I wouldn't mind the order to be split in two but does that mean I wont get the gel akita either?

I haven't noticed that we should be corrosponding on e-mail but in the future I wouldn't mind that.
I assume you can be reached on brownbear@zoofur.com ?

btw I still need to change the adress for the shipment.

Splitting a shipment would just mean that you get X toy(s) now and Y toy(s) later.  Both are still made, you just get multiple shipments.  It avoids having to wait on other molds opening up before getting one already made.

Yes i understand that. But i ordered both the akita and the grand pup in gel. Now it seems that i will get the grand pup in silicone when the mold is ready.
So what i was wondering about is. Are gel toys still beeing produced or have they gone out of production completly?

those who ordered gel toys before that part closed would still get them in gel or I think bear may give them the option of getting it in silicone if they wish to....that part I am not sure about; however, for those who ordered gel before they were taken off the site to order then yes you will still get them.

okay, in four days it will be a year I have waited for one toy.
I made another order and put in the comments box 'ship with my other order'
I got the new toy, but not the other one.

I am not a happy clam. it's been a while. I understand other people are waiting.
it's been in mold-que or mold for a while now. I would assume it was done and forgotten
or has yet to be done at all.
