So I've been waiting on a black Timberwolf for 16 months now.  I submitted a ticket about a month ago asking for a status and a few other things that has, apparently, been ignored.  So is anything going to be done?  Because I'm pretty sick of waiting and am getting thoroughly fed up with attempting to do business with this company...

btw, the support ticket # is 682923

I feel your pain. Lol. Been 9 months for me, almost 10 now. Bear told me like 15 days ago that my toy would be ready within 7-10 days. Haven't heard from him since. Seems to be the norm, I'm sure they're working hard, but they could use a lot of work in the customer service department. It seems like the only way to get anything done is to threaten them with paypal. :/ Sent a PM to bear to find out whats up, because I'd like to recieve my toy before I go home to stay with family over Christmas vacation. I wouldn't dare receive a package from this website while staying there.

Rule number 1 if you really want to know something keep hounding every single day especially when you have waited as long as we have.....ordered 11 months ago mold broke 5 months ago and should have it by years end...so keep at it.

I don't doubt it, the only reason I'm still attempting to get this done is because I think it's a good company and they just got in over their heads...  Still, doing stuff like not responding to trouble tickets for over a month and never sending emails is completely unacceptable for a professional company.

Yeah, but that shouldn't be necessary at all.  I'm very disappointed that this is the way I get treated when I chose to blow $75 that I really don't have on something I don't need.  This kinda destroyed the enjoyment from a frivolous purchase.

thats still a lot meanwhile; most if not all my orders have been between 200 and 300 each order and I own almost 20 toys....not including the 7 or 8 i use to own and have either traded or sold to someone else.  It was not this bad when I joined and as much as I keep saying this bear got avalanched at the start of 2010 and he has yet to really recover from that.  If you go through the much older posts in either general or news section you can see just how bad it was and why bear is just now trying to really be able to catch up.  I meant if it could go wrong it did back in 2010, and for a small business with just one person doing everything.....and I do mean everything.  He makes them, orders supplies, handles emails, tickets, shipping, dropping packages off picking up whats sent back, posting on here when has the time, making new toy designs.....it takes a long time to recover from everything that went on, and yes hind sight being 20/20 and all during some of it yes he should of shut the ordering system down but new orders are what keeps it going.  He recently was able to hire someone to help take a little bit off his plate but he still has so much to do.  It shouldnt have to come to hounding him, but that is what it takes to get him to do something is the constant reminding of hey you still owe me this toy or this refund.  Hope all this helps but you should never have to wait 1.5 years for a toy that takes only a fraction of time to make.
