Seems to be the norm, I'm sure they're working hard, but they could use a lot of work in the customer service department. It seems like the only way to get anything done is to threaten them with paypal.
I don't doubt it, the only reason I'm still attempting to get this done is because I think it's a good company and they just got in over their heads... Still, doing stuff like not responding to trouble tickets for over a month and never sending emails is completely unacceptable for a professional company.
Rule number 1 if you really want to know something keep hounding every single day especially when you have waited as long as we have.....ordered 11 months ago mold broke 5 months ago and should have it by years end...so keep at it.
Yeah, but that shouldn't be necessary at all. I'm very disappointed that this is the way I get treated when I chose to blow $75 that I really don't have on something I don't need. This kinda destroyed the enjoyment from a frivolous purchase.
