I'm trying to work with Bear to get everything in order and get rid of this problem, but its no quick fix because of how big it's gotten. I'll also be responding to your PM shortly.
Way to go Tal, I'm glad somebody is out there listening. Trust me, I process EVERY ONE of those tickets that are submitted and I route them to the right person. I have on occasion had a ticket that required more than one person to answer.
