I've sent emails and opened tickets...

I've been waiting for over 14 months for 2 toys.  The money I've spent on them is more than I really wanted to, but I did buy one before that was a good quality, so why not.  Now I've been ignored, forgotten or just plain ripped off.  Why will none of these champions of the wizard Bear respond to my posts, my tickets, or my requests for a refund?  Are you all in cahoots to rip off the customer?  what's your cut of my $$ that I gave to this ponzi scheme.  I'm just curious.   If you're so positive this guy can deliver, put your money on the line and help him pay us poor fools back.

irregardless of the multitude of excuses as to why I cannot get my product, at least have the decency to respond to my queries.  The customer service of this company sucks, the ridiculous assumption that "well poor guy has had some set backs" doesn't fly anymore, just either send out an email and give up, close up shop and run away, or refund my money.  Simple... no more fuss, no more disgusted customer, no need to keep ripping people off, and leaving so many of us that made the painful decision to do business with you hung out to dry while you keep "selling" your wares.

Have some integrity, at least, what do you say Bear.

Well, you're talking to one of the VOLUNTEER admins who's been in this position a little over a year now. I do answer ALL of the tickets that come through with just general questions. I am required to pass along ALL of the other types of tickets to Bear or Tal or whoever needs to handle the ticket. After it leaves my que, I have no further way of knowing what has happened to it. In other words, I do what I can with what I have available to me; part of my military training I have.

As far as putting my money out on the table, I have. I currently have Posideon and Naymon on the way right now and have been asked to do some rewrites of the toy descriptions, which I have since completed. This is also NOT the competition which uses an injection mold, high speed process which sometimes has LARGE and DISASTEROUS consequences like ruining 100 or more toys at a time for starters. If you get a chance to get one of their toys, look at the quality of the toy versus the speed you get the toy. The competition cannot produce the details that Bear can, the competition cannot match the thought that goes into each of these toys.

These toys are custom made to order when the order is placed; they are made with something the competition has no clue about called UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. You simply can't get that from a mass production line at all (just look at cars, hamburgers etc.).

Just a little food for thought. Wink

Well this would have been my second purchase from this company.  I am sorry to say there will never be another, the products are quite good, there is no disputing that.  I have sent ticket after ticket, I've been patient, I've asked for an update several times with NO response from anyone.  I've officially asked for a refund via the obviously unused ticket process and via this forum, since the only customers getting attention seem to be the ones who are publicly making requests on forums where Bear is active.

I'm over the sob stories, the personal problems, the natural and unnatural disasters, and want to move on with my life, albeit with out any more zeta paws products.

Just refund my money, delete my account and posts, and have mercy on the next poor soul that trys to be a customer of this company.

There has been a lot of trouble for the owner during the last year.
If you dont wish to order here anymore, ok, thats your choice.

I have been ordering here for 10 years and will do it again when the new toys are released.

I don't wish to order here any more, and I've been waiting for over a year... 14 months to be more on point, with absolutely nothing to show for it but a ton of one way messages.  This guy is not interested in serving his customers obviously or he'd at least make an attempt to communicate with those of us who have been screwed over.  I think it's admirable of you to stick up for him, but you'd be less apt to champion his cause if you were the one hung out to dry.

Check you on that one, I have been waiting more than 18 months for one of my toys. The other two only 9 months. Wink

Well I wish you luck, fwiw.  I own a small business and if I ever treated a customer like this I'd be unemployed.  the Zero communications really gets me, but every once in a while I see him promising a refund to someone in my same situation and think how nice it would be to have that $100 + back in my account.

I also own a small business and no I wouldn't treat my customers like this either. With that being said, there are sometimes when somethings are totally out of your hands during the production process. My toy that I have been waiting 18 months+ on is stuck at the molder's end of the process. There is nothing that BB can do about that one. But, I do under your frustration. Acts of God can slow things up as well such as bad weather not allowing for deliveries or pick-ups for that matter etc.

Just some more food for thought. Smiley

Stuck at the molder's end of the process? What does that mean? He makes the toys, how can he not do anything about it being "stuck" somewhere?

you guys have an idea of how much time and effort it takes to run a 2 man buisness when you have over so many customers and also trying to keep in contact with them on the forums when there are thousands others waiting for replys? all it takes is a little patience and to post on the correct parts of the forums for your message to be seen, you cant expect him to go through the entire forum reading every post. just calm down and your toy will get to you, its not like hes ripping any of you off, it just takes time for him to get each order out

BB doesn't make the true molds that he makes the toys from. He has to send off the "negative" mold to a mold maker somewhere in North Carolina I think. The mold maker then turns the "negative" mold into the finished product and sends it back to BB. So, if the mold maker is busy doing something else inbetween BB's orders, BB will have to wait until the true mold arrives to begin making the toys. BTW, the molds for the gel toys are TOTALLY different from the ones used for the Silicone toys. Smiley. The molds for the gel toys had to be specially heat treated in that the gel substance which was heated to about 550*F, had to be poured into the mold. BB has many, many burns on his arms and other parts of his body where the gel substance is now permanently attached to him.

Man, i thought i had gotten screwed after waiting for only 2 months; waiting over a year is unacceptable. I agree; if for some legitimate reason he cant keep up with the orders, he should send out messages to let everyone know, instead of leaving customers in the dark.

Also, in response to "how much time and effort it takes to run a 2 man buisness when you have over so many customers", maybe he should expand his business f he cant handle the size of the customer base. Just saying.

Anyway, a wait of 2 months or 20 is completely outrageous when customers have no idea why products they paid good money for are nowhere to be seen. If an admin reads this, i would really hope these sentiments make their way of the ladder to someone in charge. This is, forgive my crassness, a seriously shitty way to run a business. The only saving grace is that their products are top notch, if you ever get to use one.

bear runs this buisness because he enjoys doing it. expanding would also FORCE him to increase prices, he already struggles to keep costs low for his customers and use HIGH quality material and molds. additionally he shouldnt have to send out messages saying the orders are taking longer because when you agree to purchase the product (part of the terms of sale/use)  there is no exact time frame that it can take. he states at MINIMUM 3-6 weeks (or something similar).
