I placed order #3702 back in May. I ordered 5 toys: a dragon, an akita, a tentacle and two timber wolves. I received the shipment last week, but only 4 of the toys were in the box - 1 timber wolf was missing. I was however charged the full amount ($440) and had to £64.49 in VAT import duty on the full price of the purchase.

Where is my second Timber Wolf?

I have tried emailing you and have opened a support ticket (#898287) but as yet have had no response. If you take much longer to reply to me I will be contacting my credit card company.

Normally I'd say its been split to keep wait time down, but since its overseas not too sure.  In any case I've alerted Bear to this thread.  Should expect a response soon.

That was my error here :/
I will get this out to you in about 7-9 days, and will mark it as a free gift so you dont have to pay tax on it either.

I am sorry for all the trouble here, and I will make this right with you.

It has now been more than 6 weeks since you said "7-9 days", and a month since you said "a couple of days". Pardon my sarcasm, but I sometimes wonder if you actually have any idea of the time it takes you to do these things.

Pro tip: if something's going to take a few months, say so up front. It makes people a lot less pissed off.

I thoroughly urge everyone else here not to order from a company who have such disgraceful customer service.
