Unable to log into main site.

Unable to log into the main site, the website claims my login credentials are invalid, I've reset the password multiple times and I am 100% certain the password is correct. I am still able to login the forums, as evidenced by this post.

As such I am unable to check on my order status, which I have had some trouble with. I will post the order number is requested, as I understand Bear doesn't wish people just posting them on the forum, likely for security reasons.

Also, I've been able to get the chat working, seemingly due to complications with Java, so this is my only resource remaining, as the ticketing system has proven somewhat useless with a 3 month waiting period.

I think I saw a ticket for this a few days ago, which I forwarded off to Tal our webmaster and website ghuru to take care of. I don't know what to do about it right now.

Been having some issues recently which is why I've been slow to respond.
Another user had similar issues, but was having them because the password and username are case sensitive.  Please make sure you get them exactly right.  If you still have issues, let me know.

Figured out my problem was with Firefox's saved quick log in information. after I tried entering a couple different variation with different/no capital letters it would reset the name and password back to the one saved when i hit log in, so after clearing that I was able to log in with no problem.
