Hey guys

I need your help to understand something, i don't understand why i can login into forum without any problem but when i want to go to "Shopping cart" section i can't authenticate myself and login there with same user ID and pass
Is that normal and i have to make a separate account there?

    Yes, the forum and shopping cart have different logins/registrations.  Accounts made on the forum do not work on the cart and vice-versa.

    Ok cool, i maid a new account for shopping cart.
    but now my problem is i cant find my order in history section. Huh
    My order id number is #4370
    what sould i do now?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the long wait time on a reply.
    Any orders placed without being logged in are placed anonymously and will not show up on an account created after.  Orders cannot be changed between or added to accounts either.    You will still receive status updates to the email provided in the order however.  It just doesn't show under your account.
