I just registered for the forums a moment ago, and noticed a problem with the registration process. Every time I tried to register, I was told that I did not answer the questions correctly. Then I had an idea. For your question of "What year is it?" I had been using 2012, the current year. It would appear as if you haven't updated your site to reflect the change of year, and as such, the question requires that 2011 is used, which is quite confusing.
I saw that this was where to report site errors, so I created a thread here. I hope this helps somehow.
