First it was snow, then storms, now fire....whats next earthquake?  Important thing is you are alive and well to continue doing what you love.  Since this was only the gel toys that this effected, my last two orders were gel, Thor in natural color and soft order number 1033 (jan 2nd) and a dragon red, medium, no bend and a kit fox (silicone) green, hard order number 1317 placed on jan. 30th, did the fire effect either of these orders?

    Hello
it didnt effect any orders per say, just knocked me back about a week till I could get my shop up and going again.

Looks like I have a full day today, Ive already taken care of all the notes and letters as well as tickets ive recieved, as I am trying to improve customer service here by a great deal.

I did manage to get about 10 orders filled yesterday, and I will be working on that many if not mmore today, so hopefully if you have ordered I will be getting it out to you soon.

Im considering doing a list of the order numbers I fill each day and posting it here.
I know it wouldnt violate any info as its just a number, but it might get clogged after abit Tongue

just a random thought I suppose.

I think that's a fantastic idea, actually. I'm sure people would be happy to know that their toy has been finished and is en route.  Grin

I agree, the order numbers shown that are being worked on/completed would help us have a better idea of how long it'll be with each one.

Though I recommend a different stickied thread for that.

I will also agree, as it is just a number, although some may go my number was before that, why is theirs done ahead of mine...blah blah blah, etc etc etc.  But over all I think that would halp improve customer relations and service, so I am all for posts showing which orders are done and ready to ship out.

I would certainly be good communication. As for people commenting on number sequence, it has been said maby times, the sequence of the order numbers mean nothing.

I do really like the idea of letting us know via forum about it being ready to ship as we get a rough idea of when to expect it

Depends on how it wants to be shown.
It would probably be best for now to use a sticky thread, then once I figure out a more permanent, non-intrusive way to show them that could be switched to.
As is, it would be at the top and quite large, so I'd need to move it to the bottom and put it in a tab.  Sounds non-complex, but the code for the forum is quite unusual xD

I'd also like to integrate it into a new project, but alas the forum doesn't much like anything else messing with it xD

Yes, he does indeed manage this place quite well Smiley

Now, onto the daily updates here.
I was on IRC for abit this morning, but there wasnt anyone esle awake at the time, but if you need me, I am there most mornings.

Im still working with Tal on a f ew new suprises, and well see how that goes Smiley

Im just about to run to the postoffice and drop off yesterdays shipment (Had an emergency hold put on on an order due to a new address) so I had to unpack all the bags till I found it, and by that time it was to late to reapck em and get em down there in time.

Ive gotta make a run down to parkersburg to pickup some things for work, and while we are there my mate and I are gonna take a side trip to a flea market and just nose about to see if I can find anything to resell on ebay.

Also wanna see if they have anymore chicks for sale, as the ones I was waiting for arrival at the tractor supply store were sold out in just an hour before I could get there.

We went to the store here in town yesterday, and they wanted $8  for a whole chicken.
I about passed out when I saw that price.

But enough gabbing, time for this bear to get his tail in gear and get this work done.
    Take care all Smiley

Unfortunately everything is expensive these days! Gas, food, supplies...nothing is cheap anymore! Sad
