Welp I finaaly got a big bunch of the Gel toys sent out, so the backlog isnt as bad now. I am still backed up on it, but not as bad as before . to be honest there was 1 straggler from January, and a few from feb and march, but they are out now, and im taking a huge bite from april now, so that should be better soon. im focusing on getting Silicone back upto speed now, so I can come out with some new models soon. The Gel toys will be phased out in the next few months, so I can focus totally on the new side of things. not much else nerw to report right now. Working my nubby tail off thouh  poor bear hes going to be all sore and tired from handling all those cocks (sorry i just couldnt help myself bear) but im glad to hear that you are getting the backlog caught up as ive known its been getting to you for a while now |

There has not been an update to this thread in a week now and there hasn't been an update regarding delay time in almost 3 weeks! So I was just wondering... what is the current order processing time on the silicone products before they are shipped?
I made an order from here based solely on the fact that the website claims that all orders are shipped out in 2 to 4 days with absolutely no backlog. I would hope that statement is in fact true.

It was more of a question or a request to update the delay time rather than a complaint. I was just hoping it wasn't 2 weeks or more, that's all. I appreciate the fast reply!

Updates for 7-16 well have alot going on at home now, but its aaaal good Im having trouble with my phones right now, so if you cant reach me, that is the reason. I have a call in for service, but that takes them about 2 weeks out here :/ I will be away for most of this coming weekend focusing my time and energy on a huge push to get Silicone caught up fully and back on track, so if I dont respond to messages or e-mails, thats the reason Just wanted to let folks know so they didnt think I was ignoring them. |

7-23 Phones are still down, though I did get a visit and they said a contractor would need to run new lines down the driveway soon, so there is a glimmer of hope. Only took them 2 years to get to this point now. I should have a new update Suaturday on any delays on the toys. I am going to be backedup on the Akitas for abit, but should within 1 week have my capacity on that model tripled, so can get caughtup rapidly |

I did manage to get alot of Silicone toys out earlir today, along with some really old gel orders.
My phones are stillll down, and this is getting rediculous at how long its takeing them to fix it.
I will let everyone know that I am backed up on the Akita now, but production should be tripled within a week, so thatll help alot.
As for the Silicone status, the oldest order is from: 6-1
By Tuesday, that should be taken down to about 7-10
so ill be doing alot of work on that the next few days to get it back under control, but I wanted to let folks know where things stand as of today.

ughhh its almost 1 am, and I just got done with the shipment of toys. The oldest toy order is now June 21st, but its cause it was an Akita I should have it out in the morning, so the new date would be July 2nd. Ive gotten most others orders out that were made sence then, its just I need more Akitas to get caught up properly. My phone is stilllllllll......down. Dont ever be in WV when you need service Im also switching gears abit and focusing on the olger Gel orders now. So if your still waiting, please be patient abit longer |

I got the email a little while back about my order being in the mold stage, I like this as it gives updates in the progress of each order. Thank you for making the new changes to the site and making things easier to navigate and get through.

He he, I'm a first timer buying toys from ZC, I have been looking at them for a long time *twiddles fingers* and i...kinda helped design trace and make the images for the awards system *is leading off topic here*. Anywho I can't wait to get my Ruff Stuff Jr and Micro rider ^^, and even if I don;t win the laptop, I'll at least have some nice new toys to try out :3. And I promise to make a review of it and a vid up on toypics for y'all to see ^^. |
