We're switching out the way on how to contact us. This will be a step in a better direction so that all questions and such will be answered in a timely manner and none will not get caught in spam filters, black lists or any other issues. Those that have contacted us via email should instead use the new system that will be implemented shortly. This will also replace the 'private support' area here on the forum and will instead be a redirect to the ticket area. No registration is required. Just type in a contact email message.
What we're switching to is called a support ticket system, where you can leave a message for us in a private manner (can only be seen if you got the uniquely created password and corresponding email used). This will allow either brownbear or myself to respond to the correct area.
I expect the system to be online within the week and those that have emailed us and are waiting for a response should also open a ticket on the new system once its up. Once it is up, email contact will be discontinued due to the previously mentioned issues.
