First of all, sorry if this information is available anywhere. I looked quite a bit and couldn't find it.
Anyway, I placed my order on the 19th. Does anyone know how long in-country delivery usually takes? Cheapest delivery method of course. Thanks =^^=

Did you order a silicone or gel toy?
If its silicone, from what I hear it takes about a week to get the toy made and shipped.
If its gel, I can't really give an estimate. Not sure how long it takes or the backlog is... Some take up to 6 months, but BB is reducing it as much as possible.
Best bet is to wait for BB to answer.

Silicone time is usually 2-4 days, not counting weekends
and gel is 4-6 weeks, though right now im running behind on both, so expect abit of a delay right now.

I'm curious. i think it's because of the materials. i might be wrong here, but i think because silicone is more stable and "clean"er than the gel toy material, it's easier to make the toys and ship them and all that. i think the gel material is a little more volatile and it seems like the process for making those toys might be more time-consuming, multi step operations. i don't know the exact ins-and-outs of the toy making process here, though.  silicone is ultra fast and i can order a toy and get it within a week's time. gel is a totally, totally different issue. i ordered a toy in like march 2009 and i didn't get it until like june 2009. that's three whole months =S |

Yes, its the differeance in material, the Gel takes a great deal longer to do.
Thats one of the big reasons its going out the door come october 1st.

BB, I placed my order on the 4th and according to what I have been hearing I should have already had that order, just wondering as to if its been sent wheres the tracking number, and if not why did someone one who orderd on the 12th get an order before me? I ordered silicone and not gel....... My order number was 16, it says it is still in the molding que.

Well, there's nothing I can do to give your order priority, or I would. I want my toys and all, but fair is fair and you ordered a week before I did. But they're in the mail and there's nothing I can do  The only thing I wonder is, were there any gel toys in your order? Or were they all silicone? If there was some gel toys, that might slow them all down. |

Time it takes is dependant on:
What type of toys your ordered
What toys you ordered
How many you ordered
What you included for features
If your order #100 and 99 people before you ordered the same thing... That means the mold needs to be used 99 times before yours. Possibly 49 times if theres 2 molds of that toy.
If you got two toys, that means before shipping out, all of them must be finished.
