Michael Jackson == Dead at age 50

Michael Jackson, the show-stopping singer whose best-selling albums -- including "Off the Wall," "Thriller" and "Bad" -- and electrifying stage presence made him one of the most popular artists of all time, died Thursday, CNN has confirmed.
He collapsed at his residence in the Holmby Hills section of Los Angeles, California, about noon Pacific time, suffering cardiac arrest, according to brother Randy Jackson. He died at UCLA Medical Center.

Lt. Fred Corral of the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office said an autopsy would probably be done on the singer Friday, with results expected that afternoon.

I didnt care much for his music, but its still a loss

listened to him all yesterday and today to remember.
such a loss.
and i think it's a shame the media cannot help themselves but report about his criminal charges, of which he was fully acquitted.
some people exploit other people's friendliness and openness for financial gain, and michael was just a victim of greed.
innocent man. always was. so sad.

well I dont nkow if he was innocent or not, not my place to say. but he went to court and paid the price, so as  far as i have been concerend, hes paid for it, and it should have been forgotten.

Of course they would bring it up, drama == Ratings == more money.

How do you know he was innocent, he looked messed up enough to like doing something like that to me... just because the charges were dropped when he paid off the people suing him, doesn't mean he didn't do it...

loved his music and all, just never so passionate that i'd feel terrible with his passing. unfortunate yes but hardly a greek tragedy.
