How to be discrete

Hiya I just signed up here and all, but I've been viewing these toys for years.
Now I've finally worked up the courage (and age  ) to order them. I've read it's delivered in a plain brown box and all so that's very discrete.
Only, I live with my parents. And I'm pretty open to them about stuff they see (I don't like to lie to them). Waiting at home till the box arrives is also not an option since my mom is chronically ill and stays at home all the time.
Does anyone have any idea on how I can solve this? I also don't have any friends who could possible recieve the box for me >.<

And no, I'm not gonna confess to my parents I'd like to use an animal dong. I dont even talk about "normal" sex toys with them. They know I'm not a kid, it's just not a subject I'd like to talk about with them.

If you're open, just say its porn mags.  Probably wont open it because of that.  There's also saying its computer parts or something you ordered online.  Another is a P.O. box.
If you're mom is ill and doesn't go outside and you don't have any dogs or way to alert her that the delivery van is there, you could leave a note up at the door saying to just drop the box off and not ring/knock.

Well that is lying...and I don't like that. It also always comes back to me cause somehow my parents figure these things out. That happens when your mom stays home all day >.<
My mom can go outside n all, thats not really the problem, but more that I can't somehow sneak the box in the house :/ cause he's there all day. And usually downstairs where the doorbell is too .-.

Well, if you won't lie, you can't be there to get it and no friends can get it... That really only leaves the choice of your mom getting it and hoping they don't open it/ask >_>

I dunno how ya recive packages over there so I cant say much about that, here ya get a note in mailbox too come pick it up so not really a problem if ya pick up the mail ^^

I'm currently living with an invalid (wife's mother), so I understand the situation. I do have the luxury of picking up my own packages, as I live in an apartment so they go to the office. Also, she's the one living with us, really, so I think that she's a bit more... discreet about poking into our business. Plus, we're 28; in all honesty, she needs to leave our business alone regardless of what it is.

There's no reason for you to be completely open about the contents; one of the transitions to adulthood means that there should be parts of your life that aren't shared with your parents. Your sex life is number one on the list. Generalities (sexual orientation, the fact that you are indeed a sexual creature with desires) should be okay, if you're comfortable with them. But I doubt you want details about their sex life and probably feel the same about yours.

If you really want to keep the honesty and you feel that they would respect you, you could simply tell them that you're becoming an adult and you've got adult desires; that the package is related to indulging those desires safely and personally and you'd prefer if they respected your privacy regarding the contents. Assuming that you have a good relationship with them, they'll be curious but that will hopefully satisfy them. You could even go so far as to identify them as sex toys, but I'd suggest leaving it at that.

There's more to consider than simply receiving the toys. If they find out so much as you say, remember that you'll be using and cleaning anything you get, (hopefully) for years to come. Those years that you'll own the toys, ultimately, carry more risk of discovery than the few moments the box will be around. If you're not worried about that part, and you're not going to essentially sneak around use your toys, then don't worry so much about the order. If you ARE going to sneak around... yeah. I don't think that's the situation, but yeah.

I have dealt with the same problem, nosey parents and you dont really want to lie to them.  Natural, but if you can one option is to have it delivered to an alternate site like a postal place or something similar, the way to get it in is you open the box and use a jacket or a shopping bad to hide them in until you get into your room or where ever it is you are going to hide them at.  Its simple and has worked for me for 6 years, yeah I think they might know about them but then again so what, your an adult now so act like one.  If you feel confident about being able to hide them, then you should have no problem walking in with them in plain site.

I had a horrible experience when I was a little younger than I am now. I accidently left out my Kris Lord dildo and although it was right out in the open, my mom looked in its general direction, looked back at me and asked me what I wanted for dinner that night. My general reaction to this incident was "Oh !@#$%", nothing ever happened. That taught me something, if you're going to hide something, put it plain view (my mom never said anything to me about it until some years later.). Just food for thought and a some humour thrown in.

I agree with this. Just tell them it's 'adult stuff'. Most people, I find, don't ant to know any more than that.
