Hey guys, just having some difficulties with the order history information.

I didn't create my account until -after- I purchased one of your products (which was a little stupid of me) but regardless I thought since I'm using the same information I'd be able to view my order history, but even after entering the ID # and searching all dates it isn't bringing up anything. My order # is 574 if that helps at all. I know you're really busy getting all these orders filled out (ZP has become popular since I last saw!) so I don't expect any great specifics, just wanted to make you aware of the issue.

Thanks a bunch! (And I made a support ticket in regards to ETA, but not the website issue.)

    To have an order viewable on an account, registering beforehand is required and we cannot add the order to an account.

    Via account no.
    However, you should still get emails when the order status is changed (which when set to completed includes the shipping number.)
