Well, this is my first post to the new forum, and unfortunately it's going to be a negative one.
I have a bit of a gripe with the shipping times and customer service. You see, I placed an order for several toys back in January when the big sale was on, sent in my money order and waited, and waited, and waited...
After 4 months passed, I got a bit anxious and sent a polite E-mail to BB asking where my order was. A few days later, he responded, saying that the order had already gone out and should be ariving soon. Wonderful.
So two weeks later it arrives, and as I'm unpacking it I find a note inside that says one of the toys (Tig's Toy to be exact) was not included and would be shipped a little later. Fine, whatever. I thought this was a little strange at the time, but setbacks happen and I was willing to forgive. As long as it was on it's way.
So I waited even longer for the remainder of my order to come in the mail, until another month had gone by. Now five months from the innitial purchase date, I sent another polite, albeit stern, E-mail to BB expressing my dissapointment, to which he humbly appologised for the delay and promised that the last toy would be shipped out the following tuesday. That was over a month ago.
So now here I am, 6 months after sending in my money, and I still have not received the full ballance of my order. That's half a year.
Where is my toy?

Im slow at times, but not THAT slow.
If you will send me a private e-mail I will send you out a replacment you right away at my own expense.
Im sorry for the trouble here, and I will do whatever I can to make this right with you.

Nah, i dont think you deserve it - as long as you don't like it You have always done a great job with ZC, always tried to email as quicly as possible and informed everyone when something has gone wrong. Calm down, everything will be fine  |

Actuaslly I havnt done nearly as much as I should have for folks, and it has caused me alot of problems.
All I can do is try to change and do better.

the biggest thing that helps bear is the fact that your showing that your willing to try to make things right, and even busting your tail to get things caught up and back to normal order.

Im up till 1-2 am almost every niget to get it back on track and lower the wait time.
I know ill still be chewed on for awhile, but its my own fault for getting backed up.
