Hello, If you placed an order and paid via paypal and were charged but your order status is either Not Finished or Queued please send in a ticket here: http://zoofur.com/support/We will need the name on the paypal account, the paypal email, amount, transaction ID (found under sent payments in paypal. Click on more details), and order ID (found on the site.) If you did not register for an account on the cart and you did not receive an email of the invoice please also send in a ticket with everything above except the order ID. Currently working on the bug.Bug seems to have been fixed.Its back. If you place an order using paypal and its not automatically set to 'Processed' please send in a ticket with your name, amount, transaction ID and order #. All customers that may have been affected are being email from my email. Please follow the instructions if you get this email. |

This is mostly directed towards orders after November 13th. When I was working on the server, something seems to have changed and now on the hunt to find out what. However, if someone paid before Nov 13th and is queued/not finished this would apply as well since orders in either status wouldn't be completed. |

Nope, only orders done via paypal. This includes money sent from: 1) Paypal balance 2) Credit/debit card but still done through paypal 3) paypal e-check 4) Anything that somehow relates to paypal and money being sent to us I also think I got the bug already and hopefully I did... |

I received your email and added the information onto the ticket I opened yesterday, if that's okay. A package was sent out this morning, but I don't know which order it was for, so I added the order numbers to each Paypal transaction I already listed.

The glitch is still hiding somewhere it seems.
If the website is inaccessible tonight, it's just trying to fix it.
Also, any future orders done via paypal, be sure to check the status of it on your order page and send in a ticket if its not in processed.
