If you really find that entertaining, then you really need to go out more.

I've already asked Brownbear quite a while ago, and he said something along the lines of being unable to afford having more employees.
Sad, I know.

What our dear Bear needs is not so much a sales-person, but a customer-service-office-assistant person. Someone who can reply to messages, answer order queries, monitor threads on the BB for issues he should know about, etc., etc. That would reduce Bear's stress level, and allow him to devote more of his time and energy to actually making the toys we all want so much. But even when help is needed, it's not always possible to hire employees. And with contractors or volunteers, there are issues of discretion and privacy to be considered. But if it were possible, I'd champion JSealing for the spot. He's got mad skills and experience in customer service, really knows the Zeta product line, and relates well to people on the Forums. And he volunteered. Like you, it always make me sad to see an artist get bogged down in the minutae related to producing his/her art. I'd rather see them soar like eagles while they paint, mold, or sculpt their way into our lives.

The problem with getting more people is getting the right people. Now, I'm not saying this to be an ass, but what we sell would be quite controversial to anyone that doesn't like it. Worse off, if the person hired used it as blackmail against a person to get them fired or for other things. So finding a trustworthy person (sorry, saying you are doesn't quite cut it ) would be of utmost importance. That, and brownbear runs the show anyways.

For one I would say a personal interview would be required to determine whether or not bb could trust the person running the pr and emails and all the secretarial work that would need to be done. Not to mention the knowledge of all the products and being able to monitor the emails and be able to get the right information out to the correct people, and be able to get out the confirmation emails as far as shipping and everything else goes. So if someone ever is hired to handle all of this for bb, so he can focus on gettign the toys done in a faster mannor, but with the same high quality. Thats my thoughts on this.

Talarath, I can completely understand that issue of trustworthiness and discretion. I will tell you that I work in an environment where being a disloyal or discourteous will be your undoing both criminally and professionally. I am an honorably discharged disabled veteran of Desert Storm and I have served as a security officer for over 13 years now. I have completed a year in juvenile corrections and adult corrections both. Being trustworthy is something that you don't take ligthly or for granted. I have both an associate's degree in Criminal Justice with honors with a minor in Political Science and a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with honors with a minor in Constitutional Law. I went through a police academy in 2002 and completed a Private Investigator's School in 1998.
My private investigator's business is the ONLY one in Colorado that I know of that serves the GLBT community. Again, trusthworthiness, loyalty, discretion etc. is not taken lightly, but very seriously. BTW, Talarath, your computer skills are a lot better than mine in the web design area, keep up the GOOD WORK!
Food for thought.

I really wish I could afford to hire more help, but with the economy in the shape it is in, I dont see that happening for awhile :/ now if the gubberment would do what is necessary and cut taxes, instead of increasing them, it would be a different story, but I dont look for that happening
