lol its actualy really simple and really fast depending on that companies turn around time. but the process of getting new toys, is still going to be based on drying
(setting) time of the silicone and also how backed up bear might be with a new toy release.
The time frame for 3d toy modeling:
None->Unknown hours: 2d design, if its done at all.
~1->6 hours: Prototype 3d model done. Depends on how much freedom I have to design to my will.
~1->5 hours: Final shaping of the model
~1->4 hours: Fixing model for non-jagged print
~1->3 hours: Final details
~0->1 hours: Preparing model for printing stage
~0->Unknown: Get model approved by BB
~0->Unknown: Send model to BB for him to send to printing company.
~4->18 hours: Company prints model
~3->10 days: Shipping from company
~Unknown: Making a negative mold
Its all quite fast paced depending on how much freedom I'm granted and BB's response time.
If ZC starts doing user designs, all of those are unknown except for 'Company prints model' and 'Shipping from company'
