    lol its actualy really simple and really fast depending on that companies turn around time. but the process of getting new toys, is still going to be based on drying
    (setting) time of the silicone and also how backed up bear might be with a new toy release.

    The time frame for 3d toy modeling:
    None->Unknown hours: 2d design, if its done at all.
    ~1->6 hours: Prototype 3d model done.  Depends on how much freedom I have to design to my will.
    ~1->5 hours: Final shaping of the model
    ~1->4 hours: Fixing model for non-jagged print
    ~1->3 hours: Final details
    ~0->1 hours: Preparing model for printing stage
    ~0->Unknown: Get model approved by BB
    ~0->Unknown: Send model to BB for him to send to printing company.
    ~4->18 hours: Company prints model
    ~3->10 days: Shipping from company
    ~Unknown: Making a negative mold

    Its all quite fast paced depending on how much freedom I'm granted and BB's response time.

    If ZC starts doing user designs, all of those are unknown except for 'Company prints model' and 'Shipping from company'

    I have always found, and or wished that I could find the perfect toy that is perectly nice and SMOOTH. to me cast moulded or poured toys that similate natural ridges and veins cause me allot of irritation ,, from friction. Sure it s nice eye candy to see an toy artists work replicating the real thing, but the truth is, until a material becommes available to provide that supple satin smooth finish with all those little wrinkles and bulging veins, toys will irritate me if i use them for too long a time. I don't know how anyone else feels about this, but for me this is what I have noticed everytime I went to get a dong, with those "life like veins and ridges" only to find a bit of discomfort about 10 minutes of use, then I have to stop,  Cry
