Too bad silicone toys arent in fancy colors ^^ yet atlest  Transparent and / or glow in dark would be pawsome hehe. The mini Gryphon is scary ^^ he live under my bed and is huge xD I measured knot on mine too almost 2,5" hehe 25% bigger than info says on knot and head. I guess they vary some tho but |

From some of the picture I have found, the mini gryph is just a smidge bigger than the helmutt. I have wanted a gel gryphon for a while. I have used both the gel tiny(which is not so tiny) and the bear essentials. SO I think a mini gryphon would be a great ride and a fun knot to work on. What I would really love to get a mini gryph in is the Thor gold.... but I fear that color is long gone.. the seal green would also be pretty cool. Then it might be fun to see if bear will try and create a new color. If not, I think black shiny gel would be really sexy to.

The new one? I have thought about it, but I am not sure I like the way the shape of the knot appears in the reference pictures. Unless the pictures are misleading, but the price is too high to take a risk on something I have doubt about. I had considered the full sized gel gryphon, but the measurements aren't all that much bigger than the mini and the mini is a little more affordable.
I may just buy the silicone gryphon just because it is supposed to be the debut design and has been told by Bear that the design may change over time.

Your right, Mini Gryphon is quite a bit larger than the Timberwolf. It is pretty close in size to the original gel Akita. I still want him. The natural Akita is on my wishlist as well.
I can see the full sized Gryphon is huge.... but I still want to get him someday. Like I said, it is the knot on the silicone Gryphon that I don't like, aside from that I love it.
