Shouldn't there be a place on this site that says. Now serving mold # ______ etc.

So that people know when theirs is close to being done?

I think BB doesn't do that particular part of the que because he does things out of the order in order numbers. You might have order numbers 84 and 124. BB might do 124 first then go back to 84 or vice versa. Since BB is a one man operation, it is totally up to him as to which order he goes with; be patient!

I don't think so just BECAUSE.. if someone on order 900 orders something that isn't very popular, say for example Thor, which isn't ordered as much as Ruff Jr.. He may still be on order 600 for the Ruff Jr because there are most people ordering it Wink

Orders are made depebnding on which mold is open Wink only one mold per toy, so it takes longer.. and BB may process and order with ONE toy before he processes one with 4 toys, which may be waiting for another mold

    confuse you yet? lol

Theres only a limited amount of molds.

If say 40 people order toy A and 1 person orders toy B, and theres only 5 molds of toy A and 1 of toy B, the toy B will have a quicker mold time since the mold would be free to use.

But then everyone would order those, and the queue would be clogged again.

So then what is the date that comes on the invoice mean?

Is that the estimated arrival date?

I ordered the timber wolf on January 3rd during the sale. I have a hunch a bunch of other people did as well.

It's getting close to 9 weeks since I have ordered and it still seems to be in the mold que. I am not wishing to be a pest but I am fairly confident that I was one of the earlier orders for the sale. I regularly tell people that Zeta is superior to its competitors. However I do see it possible that some market share is lost due to a long wait time.

Can anyone give me an update as to when they feel the toys will ship?

BB is currently snowed in. if you read some of the posts in the News section of this forum, you will see that he is getting caught up and just waiting to get out of his driveway. I think he has been stuck for some time now. Just be patient, it will be there soon Smiley

I guess I am just kinda sad that I have been charged interest on my credit card and the sort. The FTC actually says that companies cannot bill a person if they have not shipped the product within 30 days. I guess basically they are supposed to wait until the item is shipped before charging. This is for the USA only as far as I know though.

I really want it though so I am not going to go ask for a refund or anything.

Stay warm Brown Bear! I know how it feels when the USPS refuses to ship due to extreme weather. My wife generally has USPS pick up our outgoing shipments daily. Of course what we are selling is not as bulky and we also ship about 200 a day of them as well.

    Thanks!
