Would be good if you had the shop account and forum account linked so you don't have to login on two accounts and people would not need to post there order number since BB or any forum admin could look at the persons forum profile then check the order history and find it, would also help for forum achievements too. Another feature that would be good if the shop account and shop account and forum account was linked people will be able to go to a persons profile and send them a gift toy without the person knowing the other persons personal info like address, name, etc but the person getting the gift will know the persons forum name who is sending it and what they are sending.

The linking of accounts/info was considered awhile back, but it's not something I want to do.  If there is a security hole in the forum, it could possibly propagate to the cart which could lead to personal information being decrypted/stolen.  It is something I do want to do in the future, just not now.  Finding a way to securely link the two but have enough seperation that a forum breach would be only on the forum.

As for the gifts, that is also on my thoughts.  For now however, gift certificates can work in most cases I think.

I think and agree that Shopping Cart and playing in the fourms are better seperated due to the nature of priviacy of members. So yes, TAL, important to keep them seperate for priviacy matters.
Now if you can cross referance the two accounts without causing priviacy, encription, or other errors, such as hacked information, that would be great. You're a better Network ENG than I am. (I"m so rusty I sound like the tin man when he moves when it comes to Admin on Networks) LOL

I received a rather large dildo from a fan of my erotic writing, and had to explain that to my husband. The man who sent it to me lives in Ok., I live in MS... it was FEDEXd to me.... so my personal information got placed somewhere I didn't want anyone privied to it. I always use a PO BOX for fan mail, etc.
Not to mention the chaos it added. Sending gifts can still be a suprise, but it should be at the knowladge of the receiver. I hope that makes snese Tuqiri.

For the different colored pictures of toys, that is more problematic for Bear than me.  He would have to take a picture of every toy in every color for me to do it.  I did talk to him awhile ago about doing something but on a smaller scale, not sure what he was able to do.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but I personally thought it was a good idea. Maybe, to take this load off of Bear, you could create a list of all the toys offered and thier colors and have people send you pics of thier toys in that color and if they are good you could put them up on the site. That way only the missing ones Bear would have to do.

Example:
Boxie the Fox: Black       (you wouldn't need neutral since that pic is already there)

Durka the Dingo: Black, Red, Green, Blue, Flesh, Cookies n Cream     (you could do this with the ones that you have pics for)

Those are just an example but its just a thought, its a crude way of doing it but it gets the job done.

Under the heading of the Support Tickets header is what they are talking about. That is where you can check the status of your order, ask for in store credits to be applied to a current order etc. As for the different color options on the toys, I think Talarath said that would be very difficult to do in that it means having a color pallate to run  your mouse cursor over to see the changes in colors on the toy you have selected. The color would only be approximate; hope this helps.

What kinda bothered me when I was browsing through the products for the very first time was the lack of more pictures and also the colors they are available in. Of course, red, black and all the other basic colors shouldn't really need a picture to explain themselves, but I kept trying to imagine the sort of color they would appear in when I read something like 'cookies & cream' or 'frost' (just to make an example)

What would also be interesting is to indeed have pictures of the products from different angles. I understand that this might be very time consuming, but I think it'd really help some people to get a good impression of the toy once it has been done!

I think if you check the descriptions and reviews of the toys that  you're interested in, some of them have been very well pictured. They also show some of the many different colors that the toys come in.
