i guess what i would like to see most is pics of toys in different colors. like i wasn't really sure what color "frost" would be (but i took a wild guess and said it's probably white) or what natural coloring would look like on a toy. and more communication with the status of an order would be nice, and by that i guess i really mean have it say somewhere when you are about to or after you order how backed up the orders are. like i know you say to allow for 4-10 weeks to make an order, but have that + how long it may take to start making it. idk if that would be too much trouble, just throwing it out there. ....also more silicon toys would be nice as well  |

Well I am doing a heck of alot better with customer support, as no ticket or e-mail goes 24 hours without a responce now, and I hope to do even better with letting folks know their standing and wait times with their orders.

Actually, I think this is a brilliant idea. It would be nice to have a page where you could see all of the colors that are offered in detail. (if not on the actual product page) That would be fantastic! |

The point of taking them down is so that he won't have to make more. They take forever. The sooner he can get the current orders for gels done and over with the sooner he can start focusing only on silicone, which is faster and safer to work with. Then he can also work on transitioning the old gel models into silicone so that we all can get our favorite toys again. I want to see more of the colors offered shown on the site some how. Something that shows at least some of the main colors offered. Even if they can't ALL be shown, a wider variety of colors available would be great. A wishlist would be great, too. Maybe something that can optionally be seen by others on the site, so that if someone were to feel like surprising someone with a gift they could. |

New feature: I don't think it would be too difficult to set up a sort of order ticket system which, given relatively fixed production times, molds, and materials, could determine approximate completion times for orders. I imagine right now you have to read through order by order when a mold opens up to see what to make next and that could be easily computerized and tied in with the webfront. I could actually program this myself and am thinking of using it as the final project for my .net web class second half of this semester.

Already thought of doing to help BB out, but would be useless due to the many unexpected issues that may arise (needing an order immediately, weather, bad batch etc). It would just increase workload from everyone expecting it to be an absolute latest date.

How about sorting prices from lowest to highest and popular items? Some potential customers may want to try something great but don't want to go over $20 on an item. Sometimes having the hot picks featured makes people think, "Oh, this must be really good, I gotta try it."

I wonder if Tal could possibly write the programming so that if a customer wanted to order a certain toy, they could click on a color pallete next to the toy and the computer could show the toy in that color. Just my two cents worth because I know that some other places on the web do that for their customers. I also know that having a feature like that was able to help me make the right decision on, of all things, a coffee cup because of the picture that I wanted on it. |

I must have spaced putting the sort back in... I'll try to get that in ASAP.
For the different colored pictures of toys, that is more problematic for Bear than me. He would have to take a picture of every toy in every color for me to do it. I did talk to him awhile ago about doing something but on a smaller scale, not sure what he was able to do.
