Received wrong toy wanna trade for store credits gift certificates.

Hello there all!!

I just got a pacckage this morning and overworked BB made a booboo.

He accidently sent the item from an old order that I had placed so now I have two of the same toy

I have an extra gel slipknot medium it is still in its safety sealed bag.

What I want to do is trade it for some store credit or gift certificate so that I can get the euro ruff jr. for myself.

If anyone is interested in this PM me and we'll work something out.

P.S.
Since the store is down   at the moment I can't check my memory but if I am right the euro ruff jr is in silicone which means I could boil it to sterilize it if needed so even a trade would be ok.

I'd send a support ticket to him. He'll be able to tell you what you should do. You probably won't get any store credits, but you should still get your Euro Jr. BB makes mistakes time to time, he probably just didn't think that he sent your other toy out. As I said, send a ticket to him then figure out what you're suppose to do.

I already spoke to him and he got the order corrected already (the one I had on my current order was the knotty trainer).

But I would like to be able to get the euro ruff jr now. This one makes the 3rd toy I have gotten from him.

And I now have 2 of the slipknot which I don't need. 
Would like to be able to try and get someting else for this instead of it just laying around collecting dust.

I am going to leave this in the safety sealed bag till I get some kinda action on this.

Well, not to sound mean or anything but I don't think you'll get any credits or exchanges since it was a slip up and wasn't actually supposed to be sent so we actually lost money on it.

Who knows though.  Send in a ticket.

I'm not sure what you're complaining about.. you got a 'free' toy.. look at the bright side he COULD have asked you to mail it back so he could resell it.

Yes, BB is sending out the correct toy that I ordered .

Just to go to the point icey was making in this post from another board I have a toy I'm not gonna use and I would like to know it had a happy home where it would get (and give) some fun and joy.

I also recently became unemployed so I am not gonna be getting any more toys for a bit.

But since I have this toy that is not gonna be used it would be nice if I could trade it somehow for one I would like to have.

And you said in the same post you said you might take a toy someone didn't want so would you like to work something out with me ??

Heh, for a second I was hopeful that you received my package 

I received a euro ruff jr. today in flesh instead of the Lucas & silicone Kit Fox that I ordered.

If that order got mixed up with someone who only ordered the ruff jr, they will be pretty surprised when they open their box 

I opened a ticket already, so we'll see what happens.

Speaking of errors did you check on my support ticket?  If you havent the package you sent me was delivered to YOU, and could you resend the package to me.
