ok... so what if you have been waiting over a year? I personally have waited seventeen months. It will be two years very shortly and there were people in line before I was who had waited more than a year before me, and they still have not gotten their stuff. So at what point in time does one feel that it is ok to let the consumer know that they may be waiting through an address change, birth of a child, marraige etc. before they get their toy?
Oh yeah. I would have been happy with a refund... but I'm to understand those aren't being addressed either.
I'm happy to wait it out. I get the small business thing. I have posted all of 3 times? I just
can't stand being in the
dark. Tell me it will be a year plus before I get my order. TELL ME you are going to fill a huge order for an online company before I get mine! TELL ME that because I spent over a hundred dollars and tried to get five toys that I would be in line for an extra long waiting period. I would have been happy to order them one at a time!

Contrary to popular belief, your customers like you, Bear, and your products. DO YOU SEE HOW LONG WE ARE WILLING TO PUT UP WITH YOU?
Trust us. Be honest with us. Please post that it will take a long ass time on your website, people can handle it. You aren't discourging your business. Your product stands alone and speaks for itself. I would have still ordered mine. I also wouldn't have posted a word of complaint about it either. But people feel scammed when they are in the dark.
-that is all. Thank you.
Right, just keep in mind that this is essentially a 2 man operation (and these 2 men have lives and jobs of their own, they dont just do zeta paws stuff all day, which I think we al sometimes forget this)
My initial reaction when I ordered my ruff jr was like "uuugh 2 months?!" but I ended up getting it fast. The kit fox DID take about 3 months, which I wont lie, I hated, but understood. Its one reason I look for "In Stock" toys before ordering, so I get them shipped asap for my entertainment pleasure ^^
If you havent heard back anything on your order after 2 months (I mean ANYTHING at all), and its not a incredibly popular/complex toy, I'd file a ticket to make sure it didnt get lost in the production queue, or there arent any problems. For all we know, the mold for your toy could have broken and Bear is making a new one.
I hope this sheds a little light, I'm undertstand your frustration in waiting, but patience is rewarded. Especially in this case cuz your reward is the good kind of butthurt ^^
