It would be nice to know if it has been sent out or if it is being sent out.  I am still seeking a refund since it was weeks after my initial request for refund and my submitting a ticket on the website when I actually got my first response in months about the status of my order.  It has been nothing but long waits and poor customer service for my last order and I am really unsatisfied with your business, website and overall product since it seems paying up front $200+ and waiting 9 months or more for it to be delivered is common practice for you.  I cannot see how you are still in business and I guarantee you will never ever have any of my business again.

  So many people defend the product and site with the rational that 'The product is worth the wait' but really, what other business ever takes this long to deliver a product.  I don't care how custom this is, this site makes plenty of money off of orders that they should be a bit more concerned about customer satisfaction.  Consider the price of the toys and look at all the unsatisfied customers still waiting on product to be shipped.  If you took the average cost of a single toy and multiplied that by all the people STILL waiting on orders for month after month, you are in the thousands to tens of thousands in cash.  You can try to justify it any way you want but the reality is, we have been screwed.  I hope new customers take the time to research forums before placing an order.  I know I wish I had, then I wouldn't have wasted $200+ on an email saying I will get something.  I wish I could start a BS business like that but unfortunately I have morals and wouldn't be able to bring myself to screw people over like that.

I can understand, it's stupid for anyone to defend, the 'defense' would generally be an emotional impulse of favoritism or bias to show support, but it's also butt-kissing efforts am sure. None the less, I still want my purchase and I won't go for a refund, I'm patient, but indeed, consumer satisfaction and efficiency are always highly prioritized amongst any business practice. I remain generally a true neutral person, but I view everything for its pros and cons either way.

I saw a guy at over a year and a half recently! *auctioneer voice* Do I hear 1.75 years? 1.5 year years going once... going twice... shipped to the poor guy waiting so long! *bangs gavel*

Silliness aside, every time I see numbers lower than mine it makes me feel hopeful that someone's long wait ended. Seeing orders go out means they are making orders and less orders before yours is always a good thing for everyone involved. I hope to see lots more low numbers coming out soon.

I've been waiting for over 1½ years now, and to be honest I'm starting to be fed up with this.
I've made a couple of support tickets last one was about two months ago where I was promised it would be out the door within 3 weeks approx.... still nothing

In the same support ticket I also requested a adress change haven't heard anything about that either.
I'm getting close to just wanting a refund... because really... 1½ years !
Hope that something will happen soon instead of just empty words.

And there hasn't been many updates of 'recent' ;/ I'd laugh if like, there was a consumer who ordered something and they were REALLLLY old, and by the time their order finalized, he died of old age/natural causes. Who then would find and open his/her package? What would happen?! DEAR GOD! Just put the box in the persons coffin or melt it down with their ashes, so it can be mixed/inside all over them in death
