Ordered 15 months ago, been waiting on molding queue 11. We suspect there is not much longer to wait, but it is difficult to tell when the numbers being finished seem too far apart to make sense.

Still waiting on info regarding my shared order #2925, and whether or not my natural silicone boxie is actually ready like it was claimed to be, so that I can split the order.
From what I can see (from friend's toys) the quality of the toys is awesome, it's just the level of support that is absolute crap. If this were an auction for a "custom" item, on a site like trademe or ebay, it would not be tolerated at all.
And I know you have to keep track of so many orders, and each order takes a while to actually make etc etc. So stop taking orders.

Only 13 months ago here, but I am wondering the same thing. I have seen orders done 3 months ago shipped, and yet the backlog are not being treated first. I made order #2911, is it actually going to be made? It was meant to be done about 4 or 5 months ago. |

It would be nice to know if it has been sent out or if it is being sent out. I am still seeking a refund since it was weeks after my initial request for refund and my submitting a ticket on the website when I actually got my first response in months about the status of my order. It has been nothing but long waits and poor customer service for my last order and I am really unsatisfied with your business, website and overall product since it seems paying up front $200+ and waiting 9 months or more for it to be delivered is common practice for you. I cannot see how you are still in business and I guarantee you will never ever have any of my business again.

Mine was on the list to be made in July. Sometimes things get discombobulated, unfortunately. There are a few year+ people left, even! Bear is working on paring down the orders, though!  What was your order number? How long have you been waiting? |

Friend who I ordered with got your email and sent you a reply a week ago - just wondering how that went as he recently complained to me about not receiving a reply. We are still happy to ship our items separately. Would really like some real information this time, I'm trying to be nice and civil but it is starting to get ridiculous, I don't care how long other have been waiting; it's like saying I should skip meals because there are starving children in Africa. Especially when I was told many moons ago that mine was ready to be shipped. Just excited for this product, but with 14 months it's starting to wane into disappointment. |
