not to continue a hijack but for some clarification, gel toys dont react to silicone lube, i used silicone lube for years and no il effect to the gel toys, it will melt silicone toys along with a host of other things but it all depends on the silicone makeup. however (may be wrong or misunderstanding) gel plastisizers have been banned in some contries for use in sex toys
As far as I know Gel isn't banned here and from your statement. It still seems that there is a possibiliy that if the two toys of two diffrent makes were to ever touch, they will still fuse together. But you say the lube may or may not be ok? Why take a chance either way? Anyway what is the status now on my product? Will it or will it not be made as I originally requested? |

Order date: 01-12-2010
I need to know what is happeing and when I will be reciving it. My paticence is running thin and I am at a boiling point with all this flip floping and nothing more being said or done. If I don't get replies I will report Zeta Paws to the BBB. And I have no shame in doing so dispite your type of business.

Bear is, I believe, the only one pouring the toys aside a volunteer or two he gets every once in a while (I think) and he has a ton of orders to fill. It will be a week or two before he posts anything here because he's out of town and I believe prior to that he was sick for a bit. I had some email correspondence with him about my order on the 29th last month.
Average wait time right now is huge. They have a ton of orders and very little staff. Just 2 or 3 people I think and a ton of orders to fill.

Koda has been doing such a good job with the new orders, I wish they would both just fill the old ones for a bit....
I understand the need to keep the new ones moving out the door, but for every new order there should be 2 old ones going too.

I can understand a one man team, I can understan a bit of a wait. What I cant understand is how someone with an order of 4000 can get before 2000. How something that says if can be made with in weeks gets put off to years. And the constant flip flop of what material it will be made of when I clearly stated what I wanted when I ordered it. Its like a bait and switch.. A year ago litteraly I got an email stating it was in the molding process, and that was no more than about 2-3 months after I placed my order and paid for it. I reply back after all this time and its been mostly silence. Now I find that the product will be made in a diffrent material than what I ordered and even asked if I can still order in that material?
