Has #2727 shipped yet? The email I was given about it being Ready to ship was on the 15th of July and I haven't gotten any email updates on IF it shipped yet or a tracking number, any info on this. . . . ?

Hello Bear. This is regarding order #4462.
I've tried e-mailing, support tickets, and even calling the phone number included in your e-mails and I have received no response, so I'm resorting to the forum. This is something that belongs in e-mail but I have no affirmation that you've received any of my previous e-mails, and I at least see that you frequent your forum.
Allegedly my order was finished and mailed out on July 11th (or the 14th, those are the two different days where you've claimed my order was finished and mailed). It's now August 13th, well past the 6-10 days for shipping and I have not received my order, nor have you responded to my e-mails or phone calls.
I placed my order in December 2011. In March you claimed it would take 2 weeks to finish my order. Time and time again you have given me a false time frame for when my order would be completed.
I don't know if you mailed out my order. I don't know if you mailed it to the wrong address. I don't know if it was lost in the mail. I really don't know anything. How could I; it is your business, your actions that I'm trying to devise.
I do know that in the eight [8] months since you took my money I have not received any product. And I also know that the customer service has become progressively worse.
There is little I can do to either obtain my order or get a refund. Maybe you count on that as part of your business strategy. But the disregard you've shown towards your client (me) are manifold and I feel badly burnt.
My order, #4462, is fallen in the cracks and apparently no matter what avenue I undertake it yields the same result: neglect. Please prove me wrong. I would be much happier revisiting this message and declaring that you've fulfilled your promise as a business and have delivered the product I paid for eight months ago.
I am a polite person, though I am not a satisfied customer. Actually, at this point I don't know if "customer" is correct. Rube, mark, idiot, one of those may be more accurate for my position.
