Seriously though folks, Ive done business with bear a few times and not once have I been cheated. he delivers a GREAT product, he wraps it well and ships it with the utmost care, with baby powder and condoms and a lube packet. and it doesn,t take all that long to get the product, you have to understand, this is a custom product, not mass produced. it,s worth the wait. and the new Silicone Bear toy is way much more nicer than the Gel, very nice feel. probably the closest thing your going to get, to getting the real thing. and God only knows, I want the real thing, but it's an impossible dream  So go ahead, place your order, just have patience, Im curious to how many other Bear toy owners are out there. and how many way's they have found to live out there fantasy as close as reasonably possible. |

Im couris as to when he is going to send mine i order them 1 year and 2 months ago I was waiting for my order for nearly a year now, but I recieved. I had also thought that maybe BB had forgot about me or mixed up my paperwork or something based on messages with him. But when my order arrived I was extremely impressed!! The quality of the work is so amazing that I'm placing another order as soon as I can and i really don't care if it does take a year, it will be well worth it. |

Here's a good way to think about it - read through the forums, and the people's signatures. A lot of the members here have the names of the toys they're waiting on posted there. Also, if he was to cut down his time making toys to do customer feed-back, that'd decrease the time he has to make toys, and thus, delay orders longer. Just let the man work, and you'll have your product soon enough. While you're waiting, why not browse the forums, and try to strike up conversation? Who knows, that may help the time fly by much faster. In all honesty I think that BB is an astounding artist and everyone that has had the pleasure of opening the package their product comes in will agree that it is a work of art. I would rather see him expand to a factory before truncating the volume of orders to take in. I also work for a large human resources agency and I absolutely know that every time we are answering a customer’s question that it is subtracting from the limited time we have to serve them in the first place. That is a painful balance that is hard to deal with. I won't say that I was impetuous when I posted previously about feeling dejected because of feedback and the amount of time to process my order. I WILL say that I absolutely do not regret placing my order, i only regret not order more!! |

ive waited for up to 9 months for a delivery (yes a toy  ). since i know what i was waiting for and that eventually the thing will be in my ass even if it took a long time <3 |

Ok its finally time for me to respond, yes i had to wait 1 year and almost 3 months, but, once i recieved my toys, wow, now i see why i needed to wait, 1. shipping excellent, 2. product super excellent, bought the akita and ruff daddy, damn i love these toys. it probably took 6 months for the product to cure. I will consider another order but will know that it might take awhile to receive. So overall i am very happy. Would recommend that you change your delivery and toy making time reference to something more along the lines, that each toy is hand crafted and takes time to pruduce and deliver, so that way people know up front. and dont get p.o.'d

After waiting for more than 6 months and being told repeatedly that our order would be shipped in mere days (which it never was) we got fed up and demanded a refund... This request, as all others, fell on deaf ears... Maybe we should have noticed somewhere (maybe it should be more prominently displayed) that the wait time was measured in eon's, epoch's, and era's, we get that.... But being deceived and lied to in emails and work tickets is unacceptable... Filing a complaint with the local BBB got the attention of the elusive and cantankerous Mr. BrownBear... Our refund soon followed... Too bad he made us go to such lengths to receive any modicum of satisfaction... He may do great work, but he gives lousy customer service... There are too many places on the internet to get these types of toys, and life is too short to waste on fools...

What really gets me is when I've been waiting for this long and I get a mass email from them offering a discount on a new order and also telling people to choose the "surprise me" option to get your order faster since they can do larger batches faster... Well that's great other people who choose that are getting in and out FASTER than my order keeping me at the back of the line AND considering I PAID a higher price for the coloring of my choice I'M PRETTY FUCKING PISSED OFF. But hey what do they care if I'm angry they just pitch for more and more orders. They are running a scam here and there is no way to deny it everyone agrees it take a VERY long time so why does it say 6-8 weeks order time? He only benefits I mean someone places an order than moves a year later, UPS sends the order back and he RESELLS it. Not to mention He's got nothing to lose because hes got your money! if it takes this long FUCKING SAY IT IN THE FAQ's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You tell me to trust the guy holding over 100$ of my money when they can't even be honest in the FAQ's. He wants to say sorry and offer a discount, OK. He wants to offer a refund due to being un-expectantly backed up (seems constantly backed up) OK. But guess what He takes people's money and says, "Ha, fuck you cause I got your money, so what'cha gonna do bout it?" ACTUALLY, 10 MONTHS ago when I placed my order I checked the ETA because I wanted it before Christmas. THAT HAS BEEN UPDATED SINCE I PLACE MY ORDER.
The old FAQ's put the ETA of my order WITHIN 6-8 week TOTAL. I even copied and pasted that part of the FAQ into my first support ticket which is STILL open...
So, don't try to tell people who have been waiting that they should have just fucking KNOWN when the FAQ's were not accurate and have been updated since we placed our orders.
SO DON'T TELL ME TO TAKE MORE THAN A QUARTER OF A SECOND'S READING BEFORE PAYING YOU FUCKING PRICK!!!
ALL OF THE STUFF YOU POSTED HAS BEEN UPDATED SINCE PEOPLE LIKE ME HAVE BEEN GETTING PISSED.
