I had posted on this forum requesting some feedback from tech support a week and some change ago but there is still no actual evidence via e-mail that my ticket has been looked at.
I don't live at my old shipping address anymore. As a customer, I find it frustrating that I can't get any conformation that my material investments and privacy are being protected.
Please process your support tickets. I respect that complications arise in running a business, but this is becoming absurd.
I am working on support tickets right now, so you will be recieving a responce to yours today.
