I placed an order for a toy back in Dec and it has been stuck in molding que for like forever. I have recieved no updates nor has anyone contacted me. I would really like to know what happened to my order that has already cleared my account. I think I have been pretty patient to wait this long I will admit its a bit annoying but I am not going to get all pissy at you, just please let me know whats going on 6 months to wait on a toy is a very long time. I really have been looking forward to getting this, please message me back and let me know what is going on I would really appreciate it thanks.

Also would like to know if it can be bumped up to a hard rather than a medium and if the one I ordered is to much trouble to make or is to much a pain to work on can it be changed to a silicone Boxie the fox.so as to avoid the discontinued items and make it less work for you.

For order changes, use the "Support tickets" link at the top of the page to "Open a ticket"

For order status, keep your fingers crossed. The toys are well worth the wait in my opinion. I've done business with Bear 4 times  successfully in the past, and even have two more orders currently in the works. One from July 2010 and another from January 2011.

Well, as one of the admin support staff, I know that BB stated that he will fill every gel toy order that was placed prior to the discontiuation of them. Making a change over should be easy enough, just send in the support ticket for it and I will make sure, like I alwasy do with every support ticket I find in the support ticket section, to pass it along to the right person.

    Hope this helps.
