[Order #3477 - It was ordered on Mars 03 and it was shipped on July 09 2011.]
This text was reedited. I removed all the bad things and then I did this summary for you.
It was a long topic of arguing and apologizing again and again. It was pretty hard because you don't see any advancement since you paid and you start thinking wrong. It was four months of trusting and I have to say I feel lucky because there were other people who waited more time for their toys. The staff is very nice but the service is poor, I'm sorry. You have to improve so much the way you do things and being more attent.
Products are pretty good: if you are thinking about buying or you simply are here because you can not wait more, be preparated and be patient to not losing your head. This people are not superanimals and they have not superpowers; they need your support for doing things well.
