OH and don't fucking forget that I've spent the past 10 MONTHS posting (15 posts) in a forum I don't want to be posting in, chasing BB down, opening and checking support tickets, watching my email, and saving information from this forum and emails in txt so I can have exact quotes, AND ALL MANNER OF HELL I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO GO THOUGH TO BUY SOMETHING.

I'VE PAID MY MONEY, THE ASKING PRICE, AND I'V SPENT WAY TOO MUCH TIME AND STRESS FOLLOWING AND FIGHTING, SO I'M NOT WASTING ANYMORE TIME ON THIS SHIT.

GET IT THE FUCK RIGHT. I'VE BEEN PATIENT, BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.  MY TIME IS IMPORTANT TO ME.

Sounds like a threat to me.

If I let you borrow my car, then in an hour you don't bring it back.  I call you and say, "Hey mother fucker bring my car back or I'll call the cops."  Is that a threat you fucking retard?  No it's calling the cops, bringing legal justice and attention to the situation.  If I said I was calling the Russian Mob, or that I would take a ride to BB home address that would be a threat of illegal injustice, but luckily I'm not that stupid.  I really hope humanity isn't this stupid, I know I'm a criminal justice major but I really thought this was common sense.

Wat? Was there a relevant point in there somewhere? You don't have to use physical violence to commit a crime.. things done with words and paper can be taken far more seriously when it comes to business law (You're planning to contact various tax, state, and business bureaus.. this is above and beyond simple people's court. Judge Judy can't save you.)

The thing is.. the majority of people with outstanding orders are quite complacent about waiting for the process involved in ordering from this place to take its due course. Once in a while someone decides their patience has run out which entitles them to try to force the system into motion by threats and lots of cussing. If your time is that exceedingly important to you, mrblack, quit wasting it on these forums. Quit making idle threats and pick up your phone.

Pick it up.. right now. Stop going toward the "reply" button.. pick up your phone. Call your credit card company. Explain the situation and get what you paid credited back to your card/account.

Once that's done.... you won't have to waste time. If you reply to this, you clearly have no regard for actually saving yourself time by getting your refund and moving on. If you seem to feel the need to continue running face first into a brick wall, by all means continue to do so on these forums. Maybe if you waste enough additional time you can get the toy you ordered by coincidence.. and I'm sure we'd all hear about the experience the whole way. Don't get me wrong, none of this is to say people aren't entitled to negative feedback and opinions. However, your lack of tact in using threat as a means of coercion in order to force your order to the top of the queue is inappropriate and unjustified. You think you're special and unique in that you paid money to have a sex toy custom fashioned for you and have waiting 10 months and are still waiting? In fact you are but the loudest and most obnoxious of many, many others sitting quietly and patiently while they wait in their place in line.

Mrblack, do you really think you're the only one thinking "where is my toy?", "why is it taking so long?" and been waiting a long time?
If you're that annoyed you could of been a adult and went along the lines of "Bear I want my order within the end of next month or I will just call my credit card company". Your threats and swears will not help you and frankly it makes everyone think very very little of you.
You say you won't tolerate "being lied to" but if that was true wouldn't of you said something when you got your ticket from Bear?

No one is saying you have no right to be upset nor are we saying that we think Bear is 100% right and you're wrong. We're saying rather then throwing your toys out your pram you act like a adult, talk to staff in a polite reasonable manner and either wait for your toy (because if it is being made you'll have to wait for it to be finished, packed and posted) or just get a refund and go somewhere else.

Also "fucking retard", really now? Not only is that offensive to anyone who is/knows someone that has learning difficulties, it's uncalled for and just makes everyone think "wow what a huge twat". If you don't respect other how can they respect (and help) you?

... Call your credit card company. Explain the situation and get what you paid credited back to your card/account.

I tried calling my credit card company one time to have something refunded that wasn't even billed with my knowledge. It was to a porn site that I tried to sign up on, but my credit card was locked due to non-payment. Apparently the site continued to attempt to bill me each month until I paid my bill and it worked 3 months later.  They then proceeded to bill my credit card for those three months, despite the fact that I never logged in because my card didn't work.

I contacted the website who canceled the account, but refused to refund the money for those 3 months despite usage logs showing I never logged in.  We're talking about $30 per month here...

The credit card company (Mastercard) basically said "if you gave your credit card number out on the internet, it's not our problem." and refused to refund any money.  I spoke to a couple of reps at Mastercard and a supervisor, they all refused to do anything about it.  "You shouldn't have given your card number out on the internet."

Now, if you think about it, that was a billed amount that I wasn't even aware of. This is a purchase MrBlack is aware of.... so unfortunately, I don't think that's a method for him to get a refund. I think they will respond the same way and I believe only BB can refund his money.
