I usually like to wait until I've gotten something before I leave a review but I ordered this over 9 months ago and I've got nothing but run around emails and replies.
I made my order in early November of 2010! here are some replies I've gotten
Nov 20, 2010 "Your order has been put into the Mold Queue. It will take some time to manufacture your item(s). When finished, you will receive another email." (I have never gotten another email or status update, only REPLIES to my tickets I've opened)
Thu, 30 Dec 2010 23:06:39 -0500 "Im am backed up herre, but I will it out as fast as I can for you." Bear
Mon, Feb 28 2011 "Ive got it mostly finished, I am just waiting for a shipment of material so I can finish it up for you. I will surely let you know as soon as its on the way to you, and I greatly appreciate your patience here." bear
Mon, Apr 18 2011 "It should be out in about a week, Ive just been running behind here." Bear
Today is Sun, Aug 13 2011 I just made another support ticket and I expect an answer just like the ones above... I will post the answer and hopefully an actual review of the product IF I ever receive it. As of right now I an EXTREMELY UN-SATISFIED and I think anyone would agree it's wrong to take and keep my money like this... To be honest I figure my money is as good as gone, I don't actually believe I will ever receive what I paid for. No, refunds and no discounts for waiting for almost a year!

Have you posted in the support forum/thread? I actually had mine lost in the post after 8mths of waiting for it, then found it hard to contact Bear as my message system is faulty. I actually DID manage to get a refund there after some serious talks, there would be the best place to post it anyway

No one is ignoring you. Bear isn't on the forums EVERY day, and even if he was - keep in mind it's easy to miss a post here and there. If you could message me with your order number, I'll forward it to Bear so he can better let you know what's going on with your order.

As one of the admins here, I can understand your problem. I have waited quite awhile for my toys to arrive and have not been disappointed. It appears that you ordered during the switch over time last year. BB made some mistakes with switching from gel to Silicone and he placed a pre-order for some of the new toys coming out in Silicone which caused a problem. It took BB over a year and then some to get that fisaco straightened out.
He has had numerous other slowdowns in the process which were WAY beyond his control. First, a computer hard drive, which had a lot of orders on it, simply died and the information was not recoverable in any form. The Silicone supplier gave him issues about getting enough Silicone to him to make the toys, then we add the factors in of at least 3 of the new molds were jacked up by the manufacturer of the molds and had to be remade. There are several postings about this on the forums.
Now, he has hired extra help to include myself to assist him with the ticket system and another to help him with the toys themselves. This is not an easy business to be in, especially where BB is located. Please give him the necessary time to get the item to you is all that he is asking for from you as the customer.

I opened my most recent ticket over 12days ago with no reply, not to mention I've still got 2 other open tickets containing all the information of my order including all the original emails sent to me about my order. ticket numbers 943318 781772 211068
I'm sorry for asking for a bit of simple honesty. I'm not sure where he's from but where I'm from there's something called business ethic's. You tell me to chill out and trust BB. Think about it, I've got nothing but BS lies and runarounds while he's got my money... If there was an issue and he sent out an email explaining the situation, or offered a refund, maybe a discount for the inconvenience I would feel much better. but all I've got is this message from more months ago than I care to count:
"Hello It should be out in about a week, Ive just been running behind here. Bear"
So if you want to make me happy, FINISH MY FUCKING ORDER or at least give me an ETA, and stop sending out mass emails offering discounts and asking for new orders when he's not fulfilled the business obligations from 10 MONTHS ago. How can anyone think in their right mind this is ok?
There's a saying where I'm from, "Wish in one hand, and shit in the other and see which one fills up faster." People who order from Zeta Paws are left holding a big pile of steaming shit. That's my personal review of Zeta Paws, and I'm now going to post that in every beastiality and /d/ topic/forum I see that refers to you unless I see a BIG change and soon.

I have a million petri dishes to go through and I am also in the final stages to get the cultures from the Mexico trip done and moved into my masters and so forth. I just had someone in another topic try to say that the FAQ's cover the ETA of his products with a "minimum" of 4-6 week and that those of us who are complaining are just stupid and didn't read! I would like everyone to know that the FAQ's were updated around Spring-Summer of 2011. The OLD FAQ's that us who have been waiting for almost a year saw ONLY said 6-8 weeks total on orders, and had NO disclaimer what-so-ever about orders being backed up.
I know this for a fact because I checked before I place my order. I wanted to get it by Christmas 2010... heh. I even copied and pasted that part of the ORIGINAL FAQ's into my first support ticket which is still open.
I am interested to hear how the mgmt will rebutt this and or comment on Zeta's business ethics.

Management is either Brownbear or myself, and I am the one who posted about the FAQ and notices of the backlog. I've responded to your post in the other thread, but do know that I'll be bitching at BB to get your order out next week.
As for what BB does, I can't really comment on that since he is not forced to abide by what I say. I just manage the store, forum and relevant support tickets.

Threatening to purposely defame someone's name and even better still threatening to deprive someone of money in a malicious way? That goes a bit beyond commerce. In your efforts to define FRAUD, try looking up extortion. "Do this OR ELSE I'LL RUIN YOU" is a poor choice of action... you'd still be better off simply getting a refund if your panties are that much in a bind.

I only plan on giving my HONEST review and customer experience of Zeta to other people who might be interested in hearing it. What review I give is up to BB. I've been lied to and cheated for 10/11 months, this is my way of saying if this is another run around stalling technique it has already failed.
I will first contact the Better business bureau to obtain an opinion on fraud, then I might contact Virginia state tax office or federal and mention what appears to be a co-mingling of funds and suggest and audit for possible illegal business practices, then I will happily go and give my review and findings to the community.
I refuse to be lied to, I refuse to be stalled, I refuse to play the runaround games BB is playing. I'm serious and I hope he is too. Considering hes had 10 MONTHS of excuses and I REFUSE TO PUT UP WITH ANYMORE BULLSHIT. I'm drawing my line in the sand, something that should have been done 6-8 weeks after ordering. How do you think you can treat people this way and honestly expect good attitudes and reviews.
Give me my fucking WAAAAAAAY OVERDUE order, and I'll go happily on my way only giving a (still honest) review of Zeta when asked.
Evidence exists and suggests (by quotes in emails and on this forum) that BB has misused his funds mixing personal finance and business finance, or hes just bankrupted his business either way, this is what happens when a ponzi scheme comes to an end. This is what I believe and there is no convincing me otherwise. Good reviews from the useful idiots doesn't matter if hes bankrupt now does it? If this is not true then don't worry about it the BBB and tax office will find nothing or you will just get my order out.
Call it what you want this is mere cause and affect, decision and consequence. After the 14th day I am considering my money stolen, and I will take action.
