    Since my ticket on this order from August  still hasn't been responded to, I'm posting my update to it here.  I don't want failure to see my Ticket as an excuse to hold up my refund.

    Bear,

    I'm very sorry that it has come to this, but I've posted about this order, as well as sending in a Support Ticket on August 16th.  Although your reply post indicated you were handling the problem, I've not received the toy, had no response to the ticket, nor has this order appeared on any of your Orders Completed/Orders Ready for Shipping posts in the Customer Support Forum.

    I'm going into the hospital for cancer surgery in a couple of days, and this order simply cannot arrive while I'm in hospital, or at rehab afterward.  I made that crystal clear in my post and Ticket.  Plus, you've had plenty of time to fulfill this order, which was placed well over a year ago.

    So, I'm done.  Please issue me a full refund for Order #2225.  I am allowing 2 weeks for this process, since PayPal and Credit Cards are not particularly speedy or cooperative with either of us. 

    However, if the refund is not processed and in my account by Sept 22nd, I will report this as a non-delivery of purchase.  That will result in you receiving a charge back from my Credit Card (which funded that PayPal transaction).
